  1. With European football taking precedence over league football this weekend, Chorley FC extend a warm welcome to Victory Park for their league game against Leamington on Saturday. Top-of-the-table, Chorley will be looking to extend their lead over Stockport County as the end of the season draws ever-closer. For once, the weather forecast is for a dry Saturday, so why not come along and re-live the days of standing on the terraces, a few pre-match pints of real ale in the social club and swapping ends at half-time! As a gesture for Blackburn Rovers season ticket holders, we have reduced the price of adult admission from £12 to £10, and concessions ( over 60s) from £9 to £7. Please show your current season ticket at the turnstile in order to take advantage of this offer. Admission for High School pupils remains at £5, students with ID £7, and for Primary school children accompanied by an adult, admission is FREE! Thank you,I know that Chorley FC and the pubs of Chorley will welcome your support!!
  2. Not wanting to jump to any conclusions but this is the latest, very sad news from Chorley FC; This morning, with regret, we have accepted Matt Jansen’s resignation as manager of Chorley Football Club with immediate effect. “I have thoroughly enjoyed all the years I’ve spent at Chorley FC,” Jansen told chorleyfc.com. “I am sure the Club will go from strength to strength with the squad that has been assembled for the new 2018/19 season and wish the team every success in the years ahead.” We would like to put on record our appreciation for all that Matt has achieved in eight years of service as player, coach and manager and wish him all the best for the future. Chorley supporters very disappointed and in a state of shock! Following Flitcroft and Jansen, can you suggest another former Rovers player who could take on the management role at Chorley?
