Thing that annoys me with Rovers, they say there is no money for players, take Buckley for example, we loan him out to get off wage bill, he gets injured and we recall to put back on the wage bill! We should have just kept the loan on and he still could have come back for rehabilitation but Sheff Wednesday would be paying his wages. A bit like when that Leeds lad Povada was loaned to us, he got injured but Leeds would not cancel loan, he went back there to get fit but we still had to pay his wages. We are a soft touch.

His move to Forest has been a disaster, got sent back to Bolton last season and could not get back in their team, Bolton fans don't want him back after last loan. I reckon you would be able to pick him up on a loan and to make permanent for 500K, similar to the winger Chaddy raves about going for 500K. Forest want shut.

If nobody comes in for him before next Thursday, forest will take anything.

I know what you are saying but from quotes TM is making this is the way I believe he will do his business. He does not seem to be in a rush does he and seems quite relaxed about the situation. Might work out well for us.

Does the transfer window really close next Thursday? it closes end of August. Think you will find in the leagues outside the Prem now will be deals on loans but signing permanent at Christmas written in the deals, it is a way round it. It will be agreed on fee before the loan so basically a signing. That is the way I believe TM will do his transfers, would not be surprised if we only signed one next week and the rest late august. TM will get better fees this way.
