  1. Unless there are a few extra 0's on the end of that contract offer Warnock would take one look at this squad, another at the coaching staff he will be forced to keep and he would run straight back to Aberdeen double time.
  2. The only team around us to have less return of points than us over last 7 League game is Rotherham... 7 games where we played 4 of the 7 against teams around us, while having a "New Manager Bounce".
  3. Guy is a straight out of the coaching manual without a lick of personality type coach, produced en masse in this country. He is exactly like Kean and Coyle and countless others from the production line of ragdolls that pass for managers in this country. So afraid to actually try and add something outside of the bullet point presentations drilled into them on the coaching courses that they forget that a bit of personality and belief can actually get the results desired, you know like Luton achieved last season... Ipswich this. The football produced on the pitch is exactly like his personality and aura... Dour. Is he a Strong, demanding manger who rules with an iron fist? no. Is he a Tactical genius who makes Pep scratch his head in awe? no. Is he a man of the people who leads with raw passion and vigor? no! He is yet another mass produced ex player who did nothing in his career and spent more time off the pitch than on it and decided to use his time grabbing his coaching badges to keep stealing a living off football.
  4. Not only was I not convinced when he came in I hold him in the same regard as the likes of Kean & Coyle, a lip service bullshitter who has somehow managed to con his way into jobs that he has no right to be in. File Michael Beale in that category too who will probably be the next chancer to smear our once great club.
  5. If we manage to survive this season it will be down to results elsewhere as we have shown that we cant do anything to help ourselves.
  6. Put that effort in for the rest of the season we will be fine, players can be proud of the effort and honestly the result on pens stings but the bigger picture is they have set the standard now, and to coin a Eustace-ism "No Excuses!"
  7. The way both Keepers are playing if this goes to pens it's going to be a who manages to put one away will win it
  8. Agreed, nothing wrong with him on the ball but he just looks a little lost out there off the ball and in his positioning.
  9. Lads a fud, put him back on a oneway train back to Brighton for all I care, he will serve us better not being here
  10. Well I have the exact same feelings about Eustace as I did with Coyle & he who shall remain nameless... Same sausage in a different wrapping
  11. He needs to earn "a fair shake" so far he has earned nothing and is actually taking a poor squad and somehow making them look even worse...
  12. Yet Lowe & Benson remain in position after yet another change in Manager/Coach... Let him bring his own staff I might be able to get behind him, the fact he only gets an assistant like all his previous incumbents its just more of the same shit different day.
  13. A manager going off on a club rarely ends well on the managers future in the game. We may like it but what happend to the managerial careers of John Gregory & Mike Newell two mangers to do just that? As it turns out JDT is smarter than them all as he played a blinder in the presser today without burning the upper management down with fire and brimstone, but left it in no doubt that the circumstances are not right in upper management and he was gagged.
  14. They are right to a certain extent, unless its an open ended contract in which case there is no end date specified. However what they are not taking in to context is that by not appearing for your duties you are breaching the contract and therfore are open to legal recourse, sure in the case pressented JDT could refuse to having his contract "paused" in which case Rovers can sue JDT for breach of contract that could cost him pottentially millions of pounds, especially when Rovers would have grounds of trying to find a solution.
