Extended highlights courtesy of Watford FC.

It looks like Leonard did make minimal contact with Hamer who never got a hand on the ball. A look at this from it the behind the goal camera would have been useful.

    Look at their winner.....

Confirm we were better team until we tired in last 20 minutes then we don't have players to come on due to getting rid and not replacing senior players.  Poor from Leo. Not for first time he palms ball out

Do us a favour venkys and sell up.

  2. Great organization for today's fan takeover. Well-done to everyone who was involved. and lets hope that the Rovers contingent of the 17,803 return again.

For the game we began to show tiredness from 70 minutes onwards and unlike Watford who benefited from fresh legs, Rovers thin squad didn't have that player resource. Could have been different if Siggy had but away the one at start of second half when he had practically only keeper to beat but he sliced it and then on another occasion he could have lobbed keeper but chose to pass.

Garrett was good. Why was booked? Revenged booking. When he took a blow on the head and the ref stopped play with Watford in a good attacking position, ref probably thought Garrett had been playacting.

Not disappointed with the performance. The lads out there today gave everything. Disappointed with some of the comments I heard on way out though.

Writing is on the wall that JDT will go to better run club.

He was my teacher in the eighties was Ted. Rugby mad too and I know he played at Blackburn RUFC.

Very brave too, as I know he carried on working after his MND diagnosis.

He asked me to run with a rugby ball across the field but I'd no idea he was using me to demonstrate how to bring a player down in a game. It was a clean tackle.

    Great teacher.

  4. This season is all about financial stability and it stinks. High price ST, closure of BBNEND partly due to a out of his depth CEO, the mismanagement of Rothwell & Raya resulting in a crap transfer window that saw the embarrassing O'brien episode, arrival of unfit Ennis & signing of Leo. We have to put a 15 kid on the bench and field a wafer thin knackered first team that only suits attendances of 8,000.

We have owners who don't know what they are doing so how long will this go on? Is the writing on the wall? January transfer window approaching but with no money this season will end towards the championship bottom with no investment for next season.

Nothing too much happening. Probably the pick so far for me is Stritch

Tyjon also has something about him that I like, good movement and seems a clever player

Everything seems to start with Atcheson at the back who likes to stride into midfield with the ball, just guilty of one or two misplaced passes

    How's Shorrocks playing?

I know of quite a few Leeds fans in the JW Upper today; the ones I was chatting to (sat behind me) had tickets bought by Rovers fans.  A couple of acquaintances also bought tickets for Leeds fans - this was always going to happen and it is difficult to blame the Club when this happens.

As for the game we seriously lacked an experienced striker and tried to play it around the penalty area.

We have no money for a striker in January unless it is funded by player sales or commercial activities. The owners are back in the Delhi High Court in January but this is another Interim Relief application similar to the recent application.

I thought we played well for periods but it was literally men v boys out there and clearly shows the farce and unfairness of parachute payments.

SS looked tired from the onset and sadly James Hill picked up an injury that could make him doubtful for Tuesday.

Guess i'm still smarting from another home defeat but don't agree with away fans in home areas. Passionate sport and i've bad experience with Leeds fans in Darwen End when that end was for home fans.

We've an outstanding manager who could do a lot better with a proper budget.

I've a mate who is a season ticket holder along with his Brother and Son. I managed to get half a dozen tickets off him on the main stand.

I can't see the problem with the Riverside. Put netting out and you have that big metal barrier at the back of the Darwen End which you could just move.

    Thanks

Not going to gloat. No need. You have injuries and nowhere near to the squad we have. Our attacking options are ridiculous at this level and hand on heart we didn't need to get out of 2nd gear today.

I was in the main stand upper towards our lot. Didn't go up when we scored as it's asking for bother and I dress well and don't want my clobber ruined. I also have razor sharp elbows as well as youthful boy band material looks so I don't want to hurt anybody.

I don't know why you don't give us 2 or 3 blocks of the Riverside as well as the Darwen End ? More money for you and stops our lot getting in pissed up and windmilling at people because they take offence they're in there in the first place.

I honestly don't think you're that far from getting on the PO mix. Get your walking wounded back and add a couple in January and fingers crossed you can push on.

Don't mind Rovers. Always make us welcome despite having more than a few complete whoppers in tow.

If I was a Rovers fan I wouldn't be to despondent after that performance.

How did you get a ticket then? If your in home area surely you know H&S rules for others as well as you?

As for Leeds fans in Riverside?  Crazy idea. Police wouldn't allow it.
