Spot on. Money isn't the only indicator of interest and ambition.

Having no proper  corporate/executive structure, allowing managers to constantly underachieve and put in woeful performances,  presiding over 2 relegations all suggest they don't give a stuff.

Don't think other than last season they have been great with the money either.

    10th anniversary looming. Arrgghhhh.

I feel the same. I’ve got to a point where I no longer get excited for matches. I’ve tried not to let Rovers losing affect my weekend, since it feels like it’s a forgone conclusion at the moment. I last felt like this under that bellend Coyle, I just kind of switched off from the passion I used to have.

In League One I started to get that passion back, but it took most of the season for me to actually celebrate a goal like I used to, before the dark times, before the Venky’s. Though I never fully regained that passion, once upon a time, no matter where I were, a Rovers goal would have me jumping up and down and shouting like an idiot. These days I manage a smile and a subdued “yay”, I just feel indifferent again and all the good vibes I have from that excellent league one season have gone.

My Rovers are ruined, back in the day we’d know that the powers that be would make changes, usually for the better of the club. Now I feel we are damned if we do, damned if we don’t.  They’ll either keep Mowbray in charge or they’ll replace him with some other clown like Coyle.

I wouldn’t mind if were just rubbish, if we showed some passion. We’ve got half decent players, that just play rubbish.  I just want some blood and thunder, not this. It’s awful to watch and depressing.

I guess around 10,000 Rovers fans feel the same. There you have it in a nutshell.

3pm ko FA Cup Stanley v Crewe is still in motion,  15 mins to go.

Injuries to match officials the cause for long delays

Chaos at Stanley. 2 officials injured. Call went out to crowd for qualified officials. One came forward from Crewe, Stanley objected, one came forward from Stanley, Crewe objected. Still playing. Only at Stanley ???

I'm not sure there actually is one because of the lack of balance that's why he feels he has to shuffle the pack all the time.  He doesn't know it if there is but a quarter way through a season and we haven't started the same side more than twice if at all says everything about his management style.

He's a man who forever lives in a twighlight zone the mechanics of getting the right cogs in the right places, making them function then leaving them there is alien to him. Certainly in this division anyway.

Mowbray has yet to name an unchanged side this season.

Well he's the only real left sided option in this unbalanced squad, in TMs mind that is obviously discounting the left sided player Downing.  Oh and the left footed Bell who looks like he might be better there than LB.

Then on the other side of the coin they Armstrong might be this seasons project, regular games, a few goals, prove versatile ( even if he isn't really ) = Value goes up.

What about picking the best XI every week or is that too easy?

Factor all that in and the 30k isn't that impressive whatsoever. Even Waggot could fill the ground in those sort of conditions. It's the easiest non glory hunting situation to sell in UK football and yet they're lauded as some kind of superfans.

No, no, no, no, no. You've reckoned without Waggott's pricing and Caley's netting. 7,000 empty seats no problem.
