  1. I have to say I am not that fussed with the removal of replays to be honest, but the 5 sub rule is a disgrace.
  2. Clubs will be looking to offer 7-8m. Rovers will probably hold out for 10m A normal club might squeeze 12-15m. Now if we only get 7m that means we will only get £150k to spend replacing him, However if we hit the jackpot and someone comes in at 15m, then I reckon the taps will be opened and GB will get £150k to pick up the best Conference striker whose contract has expired. Short answer is, if he is sold I don't care what we get for him it makes no difference.
  3. Lets hope there is no repeat of the ITV fiasco of 10 (?) years ago, where the whole league is left high and dry after raising contracts.
  4. I think its great news, but lets be realistic he is not going to be able to play in a two. I suggest we get Travis back from loan and him and Tronstat can do the running, and tackling, Tugay can do the smoking, scoring and getting Sammy to break Alan Shearer's goals in a season record.
  5. Can we just move the relegation predictions to next season now? 🙂
  6. Speaking of Shams stealing a living from Rovers, I see Wes Brown in the Mirror today whining about being bankrupt becuse he was badly advised. Karma's a bitch fuckers! https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/wes-brown-bankruptcy-manchester-united-32553073
  7. We have probably signed up to 60% share of any profit made on his sale too.
  8. Jesus, Markanday looks like a hobbit out there, he really is tiny.
  9. Exactly how many passes have just been wasted when the ball was received by Gally or worse Ennis or telalovic.
  10. Probably points to how weak the squad has been over the season, especially with 5 subs other teams are replacing like for like and we are bringing on 15 year olds who can't even wear the kit sponsors.
  11. The problem is if Gally left for 2m we wouldn't see much more than 200k of transfer fee and we would not be paying anything like the 16k a week to his replacement. He might be over paid, but he is better than a 100k striker from the Bulgarian 3rd division getting 1k per week. Who we would end up as his replacement. The only winners would be the owners who would be writing a smaller cheque, assuming they ever get back to funding us.
