  1. Some of these jokers on Twitter do make me laugh Venky's have been "Paying the bills" but the sum of the amount they've put in is a manifestation of their own incompetency since day 1. And the "Oh but the poor Venyk's were misadvised by corrupt agents"...Sorry but the Venky's are worth MULTI BILLIONS off the back of their businesses; they are business people so I don't buy that "Misadvised" stuff for a second, either the Venky's are completely stupid, don't give a shit or something much more sinister. Either way our situation is dire and it is completely on their heads.

Do you think Hyam was promised something entirely different when he entered the building compared to what has actually happened? He's been poor this season, but after his injury especially he's looked terrible. Disinterested and there's something off about him. Rusty, still injured or there's something else going on there behind the scenes...

Wouldn't be surprised if they knew about Hill leaving a good few weeks earlier than was public knowledge and he was massively rushed back in out of necessity.

Gallagher would have been more use at West Brom as a centre half after Hyam's woeful performance.

The question is why rarely wins headers in the box as a centre forward

He rarely finds himself in the oppositions box and we've not got anyone who can cross a decent ball in sadly.

What an absolutely worthless statement, and a disappointment that these so called committees are not looking at the bigger picture. As much as us Rovers fans love a good moan I think we're generally pretty supportive of players and do back the team but ultimately due to the absolute shower of shite behind the scenes we one day might not even have a team to "back"...

After his errors last season and that last night, I'm beginning to think this Michael Salisbury chap sits in the VAR room watching Netflix 'cos he's certainly not watching the f*cking game!

Michael Salisbury was actually my P.E teacher in my final year at Darwen Vale, nice chap to be fair...Appalling decision though.

I might be wrong I'm fairly certain he was a linesman that mixed up Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain in a match against Chelsea and got the wrong one sent off.

In all the talk of the red nobody has really mentioned this. But the reason we looked so much better is because we’d mix it up and go long and turn their defence. It seems you don’t actually need a 6ft4 target man who can hold the ball up if you want to play a different way than tippy tappy.

I think Dack getting more match fit (looking sharper by the game) and Hedges playing further up the pitch also helped out massively along with the mixing it up. Our two most intelligent forward thinking players, quick with the ball and always looking to push forward.

  7. First half last night was pretty good, best we've played for a while (not saying much). Buckley was moronic but not deserving of a red card though.

We had the unbeatable record when being a goal up, but now we've lost two on the bounce after being 1 up. So my worry now is the team can fall into the bottling mentality they had under mowbray when we had a ridiculous habit of snatching draws and defeat from the jaws of victory with last minute goals from opposition.

I've also noticed when attending games recently, there doesn't seem to be as much communication amongst players as there was earlier in the season. Think the only ones that have been are Ayala and Hyam. Hope Hyam takes over as club captain from Travis.
