Gally did well to score 11 goals that season when the team was low in confidence and the atmosphere was toxic. In a rejuvenated side where there is quality from Downing and Chapman from the flanks I think he will be a great option to have alongside Graham. I hope he signs. Still need a quality centre half and goalkeeper after that mind so still some way to go for TM to get us competitive.

Great assessment and pretty much how I see it. The lack of commitment was totally unacceptable. Just want us to give some of the youngsters a chance now. The under 23 's have had a good start to the season and we should be looking to these guys to put pressure on the first team players. Let's hope we a re done with the lethargic approach and sideways passing. We have done that for the last 3 years or so and got nowhere. Can we a bit more straight forward and up and at em whilst we are at this level.

Just to say I go to the ground tonight with more pride in my club than for a long time. Mowbray did not get my blood tingling when he first arrived but at least there is a feel of a proper football man in charge. Best of luck to the lads.
