Someone has taken note of how the youngsters performed particularly in the league cup against lower league opposition and think mistakenly they can produce those results on a weekly basis.

Hahaha, yea I should have written abject, dark, Kean days.
The sad thing is how after the promise of last season, and the first third of this season, it has all unravelled so badly, so quickly.
Yep fully agree with your main post.

I truly believed too and was the most excited I've been about our prospects since the Kean days.
That could be read two ways but I'm guessing you weren't excited by him.

In the last 13 games we've managed more than 1 goal in a game once. He has never been prolific and the present set up makes him even less so.

Think he's resigned to not getting another year

Where does this put us for the three year profit and sustainability window?
Edit: I've just taken a look and for the past three years we've had the following losses:
20/21: £6.6m
21/22: £11.2m
22/23: £20.9m
Which comes to £38.7m which is just below the £39m losses allowed for a three year window. Suspiciously close if you ask me. Also leaves us with only a £7m buffer for this season's losses.
Unless I'm completely misunderstanding how it works.
Not to worry Waggott says we will make a profit in this year's accounts.

Virtually at the overdraft limit.

Cash at bank 30 June 23 was £25900. Basically run out of Dosh.
The overdraft facility of nearly £15 million is up for review on 10 May.

Companies house has the accounts being processed and available within next 10 days.

. Plus comments from Waggott seems like the India situation shouldn't affect us this summer. We see in the summer and by what happens not now
There is no money from India until at least after August 20 therefore there is no money for transfers.

See we had a goal and an assist for our two loanees at Motherwell yesterday

Companies house has Cheston confirmed as resigned as director on march 31st.

The decline in attendance is not exclusive to Rovers. I note Cardiff are also down slightly. The common denominator bat fink owners. Some of the attendance increases are 10k. Sadly that's a pipe dream with the present set up.

Indeed he does but my point was that there is no control about who is voting. Presumably I could go and give Adam a 9 every game without even seeing the game. Likewise I could give every Burnley player a 1 every game.
The voting is open to abuse I regularly give Adam a 10😊

Being able to play virtually the first choice eleven with a stronger bench to support makes a lot of difference.

Eustace will always have a problem winning over a section of the fan base due to who is perceived to have appointed him. Comparison has been made to Jim iley however the players didn't want to play for him so not a true comparison . He is more John Pickering to me.

of course it can be and I will give you a working scenario
We brought in money from Wharton sale and Raya sell on clause so lets say it is £25m for this scenario.
You can spend £7m for the summer transfer budget, add £2m to the wage budget for next season and the season after. So that's £11m then spend 3m on improve the club academy facilities and first team facilities. then save £3m for next January window. So that's, £17m spent whilst reducing the season debt by £8m
However by the summer there will be nothing like £25 million left in the pot. We are already living off the Wharton money now.

Celtic only paid £10 million plus twice in their history.

Very much depends upon who escapes the summer cull but if it is as bad as some of us fear the lack of anyone of any merit coming to mind to answer the question suggests we could very well be plumbing new depths in twelve months time. It could be that serious. It is quite conceivable that after Leicester we could be in the bottom three for the first and only time.
