  1. Missed the last match as I forgot we were playing, don't live in or near Blackburn but have loved the club for 18 years. I couldn't support another team, ever. But I'm done. Well done Venkys. Well done Tony. Well done Waggot. Well done Jerome. Well done Kean. Well done Coyle. You win.
  2. What Buckley and Dolan have done to deserve to be dropped is beyond me. Must be so disheartening and must impact on development when they are unable to get a run of games. Such a shame.
  3. Fair enough, you would need a big steel barrier in front of you to deal with the term "tosh".
  4. Touch sensitive? Didn't realise you were the author but now I know it all makes sense.
  5. What a load of tosh that article is, as already stated by others. Hearing Mowbray talking drivel about stats makes me feel that pretty much all of the Rovers lot at the moment are clueless and blinded by arbitrary statistics. Won't surprise me if Mowbray and Venkys are being peddled plenty of rubbish, it's so easy to manipulate data and present it in anyway you want.
  6. You're spot on. I have found my support for Rovers to be a microcosm of the way I feel about the country. The extinguished hope and growing apathy. The powerlessness. The loss of pride...
  7. That's some incentive for the players then...
  8. I don't care about the result. I'm a performance based fan. This is shite. Again.
  9. I'm seriously annoyed with you all for getting the young boy at right back injured. Please just let Tony manage. 🥴
  10. Tony doesn't do formations so maybe he doesn't see the need for training either? Sarcasm aside, this is concerning.
  11. For me Berg did not tarnish his reputation. He tried his best under very difficult circumstances and failed. But there was some hope early on that had our luck been different, well it could have been a different story. Any club legend that comes in as gaffer keeps their status, unless they scrape the levels of Kean and Coyle. Mowbray is on a different level, I see him as an old stubborn man out of his depth and past the times. He needs to be put out of his misery but nobody is gonna do it, so he plods along falling ever further into madness.
  12. How can they have an identity when the gaffer has only been there a matter of months?
  13. Apathy is the way while Mowbray and the Vs remain. Problem is, there's probably no coming back once you get there...
  14. All really good points. Today it hit me seeing all the posts saying we need to welcome them back with open arms. I need to move on and away as I'll never forgive.
  15. The Facebook supporters pages are excruciating in their support for Venkys aren't they? How short memories are. I don't live in the area so am not exposed to fellow supporters regularly, but the love in is shameful!
  16. Feels great to do that to Luton after their antics. The drop ball happened because their player faked being hit in the head and the ref couldn't risk not stopping play for a head injury. Proper karma that and it makes the victory all the sweeter.
  17. His positioning had been poor on many occasions in his 3 apps. Spotted it several times today and of course during his debut. Crap goalie.
  18. Nevertheless I've never seen such an incompetent display in the 2 games I've seen him referee. Shambles.
  19. This ref is an embarrassment to the game with blatent bias shown in the Luton game and now this. I can't believe this won't be looked into, it's blatant. Ref really is an absolute wanker.
  20. - - - - - - - -Kaminski Nyambe Lenihan Ayala Downing - - - - Elliot Trybull Rothwell - - - Brereton Dack Armstrong
  21. Personally I am surprised to see Johnson at Cb instead of Nyambe, but then we're also short of options at Rb. I can't call this one. I felt we've started this season very well without just reward. However, the longer that has gone on the more I have doubted our bad luck and considered it to be a systematic lack of quality or concentration when required. The midweek game was a killer, I saw no hope in how we played so couldn't even say we were unlucky anymore. But we won, and win today and things look up again. Coyb!!!
  22. This has been dire stuff. I've felt we've been unlucky most the time this season but I've lost the faith now. Edit: Buzzing we've won it mind!
