The feedback from palace fans is all positive with a lot of other teams admiring him - in around 18 months we will have a serious sell on fee coming our way.
It won't matter because we'll be in the Premier League by then and we'll be the ones buying him back. 🫠

I think most Rovers supporters realise it's just a small bonus to call us "Rovers". Let's face it. The players, for the most part, won't really care about that, and as long as they and the Head Coach are all on the same page, that matters infinitely more than what has been described as "wind" on here today.

He said "Blackburn". Think the media team are just covering for him. Eustace out!

He has a different public persona, it doesn’t mean he won’t get frustrated with it behind closed doors.
Depends what he's been promised, if anything at all.
So far, I like what I've seen anyway. It already feels like he's going to have a better connection with the players than his predecessor. Fingers crossed it works out and sees us on the rise.

personally i think eustace will get as ****** off as jdt working with the muppets behind the scenes
I take it you haven't seen Eustace's interviews with the media today. Very strong words and feelings about not being interested in what is going on above him, a no-excuses culture when it comes to injuries, suspensions, players that the club doesn't sign, etc., but to just get on with it. Those are his words.
Eustace and Tomasson seem polar opposites in their stance on what a Head Coach is to me.

i should've been clearer – worked a charm in respect of the players having and using their voice.
you're bob on though. it's clear he rubbed them up the wrong way at times and that was clear as day from the very start. i don't think "lost the dressing room" is much of an understatement.
Eustace said he was asked to come and enjoy working with the players. That, along with many awkward interviews with Tomasson, tells us a lot about what Tomasson thought of the players at his disposal.
OK, recruitment didn't go Tomasson's way, and whatever was thrown his way, he didn't seem to enjoy working with, but for all the talk of "team is number one", he gave up on that very team in my view. That has to be why the players gave up. If your boss can't be arsed, or doesn't think you're up to it, why bother?
Although it's only one game, the fight in the team on Saturday was something I hadn't seen for a long time. It was a joy to watch an imperfect performance where the players looked happy. More of the same, please.

He opened the whole thing up and gave everybody a voice and it seems to have worked a charm.
Perhaps the constant public irritation from Tomasson with the state of his squad got on their nerves.
Tomasson handled this extremely poorly in my opinion. He should have taken everything up with those above him behind closed doors, and got the players he did have well and truly onboard, up for every game, etc. Take away all of the interview fluff, and he was publicly belittling his own players. I bet some of these players couldn't wait to publicly get their own back a little.

It's fairly clear to me that something was not right in the dressing room, and that it stemmed from the Head Coach. There are too many indicators to say otherwise.
We can applaud or criticise Tomasson's tactics, but man management looks as though it wasn't his strong point. You could easily argue that the latter is more important than the former.

Disgraceful to allow Jack's home to look like this.
Watching the Stoke City vlog from one of their supporters in the upper tier, it's clear that the club don't bother cleaning the roofs, either. They are filthy and I can't imagine it actually saves money in the long run if they are allowed to gather muck and corrosive substances. Filthy, shoddy, and embarrassing.
I do not mind the club saving money where it's sensible to do so, but this is totally undignified and shows no sense of care towards supporters.
As with the stuff dumped behind the Riverside, Waggott will wait for a supporter to personally point it out to him before reluctantly doing something about it. The bloke just waits to be prompted, but then I suppose a CEO's job is to be told what to do.
Forget everything else. Waggott should go on this sole basis. He has no pride in this club and the supporters. Small wonder he is widely hated. He's happy to save a few thousand quid a year if nobody notices the grimy state of our beloved home.
We need a CEO who at least shows that he cares about the supporters rather than sticking two fingers up at them from a safe distance.

How about sneaking some cans of red spray paint in the jack walker stand and paint red X’s on the Venkys advertising board that run the length of the stand
Anyone willing to face criminal charges and a stadium ban, you need to get right on this!
A better suggestion would be to cover them over with banners. Can only be asked to remove them.

Must have asked Robbie Savage how it's done. Birmingham, the mobile city that moves as far away or as close as your agenda wants.

Yeh, also what is the "project" now
Under construction!
I got sick of hearing about it to be honest. Aiming to be a sustainable Premier League club is all good and well, but with a sport as volatile as football, things can change month on month, and you cannot put a timescale on it, no matter how well you are run. Just make sensible decisions that the supporters can get behind.
Something tells me the word "project" will now be Taboo for those working at Ewood and Brockhall.

Nice to see Dolan hugging Eustace at the end (along with a few other players). You never know. Perhaps he just wasn't enjoying it under the previous Head Coach.
Let's hope he signs because it feels like he has matured and become a better all-round player in the last season or two.

The difference is Tronstad is hard working no-nonsense while Trav is hard working nonsense. He becomes too destructive sometimes. I rate him as a squad player but I think he has ambitions that go beyond that.
We've missed his grit in midfield in my opinion. Eustace knew exactly what he was doing moving JRC into midfield, who has a similar type of fight in his belly to Travis. Tronstad is a cool customer, and probably my favourite player this season, but he's not a shit-houser. You need a couple of those in your side in this league I think.

I’d take him back in a heartbeat and it was a ridiculous decision to let him leave on loan. Imagine he will be back in next season as captain.
Travis strikes me as a Eustace type player. The problem for Travis is that Tronstad is bloody good. Interesting conundrum unless the two can fit together somehow.

And a word for the fans who got behind the team but still sang anti Waggott and Venky songs.
Supporters were excellent today. I can't attend the games, but I watched and heard you all. The players responded. Worked wonders, and was brilliant to hear. Superb stuff from everyone who makes the effort to get to Ewood. 👏

Why do people seem to hate Lowe? Personally I don't get it. He's reportedly well-liked amongst the players and I think it shows when they interact.

Johnson said there was an element of letting Stoke come at us. Today saw us play simply, directly, and without nonsense. It paid dividends.

A much needed win, 3 good goals but when was the last time
Brittain put in a first time cross
One of Brittain's first touches for Rovers was a superb deep cross which Dack scored from. Knew there and then it was one of his strengths. Not since used. Until today. And twice it came good. 🤔

No, no, no. This is the wrong question. What you need to ask is if they play in quarters or eighths.
