What was the issue between Sutton and Shearer. Sutton says Shearer didn;t like him for whatever reason. Seems odd as at the time they looked good pals ont he pitch.

I was on the train into Blackburn from Manchester last week and noticed you cant see the stadium from the trainline anymore. I remember being able to get a great view of the stadium from the train.

I like him as a pundit and did a good job with Blackburn but he wasn't a good manager if you look at his career. Rangers and Blackburn his only successes. I liked Gallacher as a player. Had a very good end to the 92-93 season. If Sutton was the superior player then why did Shearer supposedly want him dropped in favour of Newell. If its just because they were mates then it reflects terribly on Shearer and worse Ray Harford.
