  1. Huh on the IRA thing. And for point 4, c'mon you hardly troubled us. Be honest. If anything during the last few minutes we were the more dangerous.
  2. I know you not, that's why I said from this side of the Severn either.
  3. Bingo! A bit unfair if you ask me, since the Welsh Cup has been won by English teams on a number of occasions.
  4. I thought the English ref was good for once, but what do I know, eh? Am I looking forward to Ewood? Not really... No offence to you lot, but this tie doesn't exactly have 'glamour' written all over it from our side of the Severn either. We've got bigger matches to prepare for, like shooting up the Championship and the mighty Bangor City away in the FAW Premier Cup! A quiz question though: you last won this cup in 1928, which side won it the year before you?
  5. No, we played fairly well today. I meant you were poor considering the amount of talent on display.
  6. Hard enough time staying in the champ? We're certain to stay up.... uhhh, assuming we don't go in administration this month.
  7. There will be no violence whatsoever. Mark my words. And the sheep will be safe, but you won't if you bring one..... I'm in a contradictory mood today.
  8. What a load of ######! We're in great form as of the last two games, and will have confidence after stuffing Forest here yesterday. I say 1-0 to us against a over-confident Rovers side. Your ex-player Peter Thorne to get the goal.
  9. Yes, there is still the fencing. The problem with giving the home section to the away fans would be that they can get worryingly close to the Bob Bank, but I suppose with clever stewards they could be keep 'em apart. Can't see you getting another stand really. Bob bank is not an option for various reason (main one being it holds 10,000!) Canton End is a family stand. Only thing I can think of would be the side of the lower Grandstand nearest to the away end. Plus you have to think of the season ticket holders. Don't need to worry about re-locating them in the Grange End because it's standing.
  10. Exactly my point, it would be very difficult to accomadate 3,000 away fans at Ninian Park.
  11. True Tris, I can't imagine you getting more than 2,000 myself, just wondering how it would work...
  12. This hasn't happened before (not even for the Leeds FA Cup game), didn't it used to be 10%? The home section of that stand has about 5,000 capacity, so there's no way you'll bring down 7,000! Would Cardiff fans get the away end or would the stand be half empty?! I'm lost...
  13. Your official site says the decision on whether we take the whole of that end is down to ourselves. Just read that now. Hmmm, how many do you think you'll bring down here?
  14. At Blackburn Rovers. Your point? About the Grange end, it won't happen mate. Seriously. There would be too many ###### off people. We'll fill it ourselves anyway.
  15. Hughes isn't hated as much as the poster above says, but most Welsh footy fans with some knowledge of basic tactics know he is simply terrible. Delaney at centre back? Davies at right back? Bellamy at right of midfield? Hartson up on his own? Simply Shocking. You say we have bad players? Nonsense! Earnshaw is banging in the goals for West Brom, Bellamy is one of the top scorers in the Prem, Hartson the top scorer in Scotland and we all know about Giggs, Savage, Davies Thatcher, Delaney and so on... Putting Earnshaw on for the last ten minutes against Russia in the play-off was ridiculous, and even then he was played on the right hand side! Watch out with Hughes, he is massively over-rated by the media considering his poor basic decision making. You won't get the entire Grange end at all, you'll get the away end (capacity about 2,000). There's no way we'll put up with giving you the home section of that stand. If Gabbidon is a Blackburn player by the time the game comes around, expect a 'good' reception. We have some quality young players coming through the academy here (like Cameron Jerome, Stuart Fleetwood, Joe Ledley and Byron Anthony) and with Peter Thorne back from injury we can cause you some problems. Don't let our poor league position fool you guys, we are better than that, though we are truly awful at defending at the moment, especially from set-pieces. That will be the key for the guys. Try to get corners against us and we'll be sure to get you some free-headers at goal. Anyways, good-luck for the rest of the season and don't be too surprised when we knock you out.
