That part was raised.

To pay the bills. I was told at Hillsborough that this was the case. When this £20m runs out, we’ll sell another £20m player.

John Eustace - our head coach

Someone pointed out this afternoon that our season tailed off in Nov/Dec when the Sweden job became available. Hindsight or coincidence, I don’t know but supporters are joining dots up, rightly or wrongly. Hedges appearance from nowhere got people nattering too. -

Why would I make that up? I was told at the game, I indicated I was sceptical but he was insistent All I said, had anyone heard similar not stating fact. -

Arrigo Sacchi was a traveling shoe salesman wasn’t he? I don’t know if anyone heard this at Ewood but apparently JDT went AWOL last Saturday and Eustace (or his team) oversaw training this week, and Eustace was in the wings at least 3 weeks ago. -
Jon Dahl Tomasson - Officially No Longer Our Head Coach

I think it was called by Waggott as a ‘deflection’ due to calling out SW and VH (Rao’s) recently. We are talking about a fan meeting/leaked cctv and a management change, when we should still be angry at the mess at board level/ownership that is going on. He’s a fraud. -
That *was* the January Window

To clarify, after the first goal conceded yesterday, a host of people around me in the Blackburn End gave JDT grief. Blaming ‘tippy tippy’ football, ‘go more direct’, ‘time to go’, etc. It got me thinking that if another manager came in, the present board would still hinder them. I want JDT to stay because I feel with the right structure he will succeed. However, with VH not budging, maybe a change at board level, with a more dynamic and positive approach, would mid term help. I am a member of the Trust, and appreciate the time and effort that you put in.

Yes, the club.

We are being run into the ground. We have an opportunity with JDT to move forward, but he doesn’t have the correct support.

Is there any mechanism in having a vote of no confidence in the board of directors?

Has Kaminski turned up or is he still awol? -
I don’t know if this has been raised before , but after speaking to a fellow Rover yesterday at Watford, Waggott doesn’t come out well regarding his part of the Andy Cole transfer from Bristol City to Newcastle United. It’s documented in Andrew Cole’s autobiography.

No trains, and minibuses not wanting to get their windows out through. How else are we getting there? I’ll be happy to get off at Burnley Barracks and see what they’ve got.

The Worst Match You’ve Ever Seen…
jumpin' replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Rovers v Stoke City at Ewood. Sam v Pulis. It seemed like every goal kick or free kick got launched into an area of 8 yards square and all the outfit players where in it. The ref must have given a hundred niggly fouls. -
I know that, as per my original post, John gets the digital programme printed but not in time for the match usually a game behind. I am sure with some help from the club, he could get them produced on time. I believe he gets them from South Wales.
-
John will be outside the club shop tomorrow 2-2:30 with the QPR programmes if you want a paper copy
-
There’s a lad from Accy (John Holden) producing the digital ones. The issue is that you don’t get them at the game, usually a fortnight behind

2022/2023 Pre Season Thread

In the second game, was Barnes one of the centre half’s? I thought if it was him, he stood out with Vale. When Wharton jnr matures physically, he’s going to be decent. -
It was something I heard today. If that's the case that it's for 3 years then all well & good.

Has anyone heard that we are dropping our Academy rating at the end of the season? Talking to an academy coach at another club who says we are withdrawing 'expenses' for the players and therefore the parents are looking to go to other clubs.
