  1. Cheers, apparently they are available from the North Stand ticket office. Meeting at the market porter in borough market if you fancy a pint
  2. RIP Kelbo. A great, balanced contributor to this message board.
  3. I was at the Stoke game and didn't see any ' life threatening' behaviour, but sady one man lost his life through high jinks, nothing more, nothing less.
  4. Not in my experience - still the same old racist crap sung by scrotes.
  5. Sanny, Gutted you feel that way, but I understand. Not sure if I will attend an away game for a while. Being at Stoke on saturday and the tragic events have had real impact on me, and I dont really know how to express it. RIP to John. One Love BRFC
  6. I was at this game, and bought two plastic bottles of beer before the game. The tops were removed "as they could be used as a missile" How the hell can it be possible to use a bin as a missile but a bottle top is forbidden? Why was the bin not firmly fixed to the ground? I am devestated to hear the news of this lad passing away, devastated. What is the point of stewards if they stand to one side and watch this unfold? Unbelievable set of circumstances. RIP Fella, and to Preston Blues nephew
  7. Who knows Aggy, but they ball seem to smell of chip fat and haribo, and look like they have a penchant for horse tranquilisers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
  8. I agree. Sambo is a young lad but I have always found his posts well worth reading. There were plenty of scrotes there today, but to me, those same people are the ones that now frequent Blackburn on friday and saturday night. The new Blackburn Youth does not compare with the original.
  9. Went today. Left gobsmacked with 20 minutes left. Football was @#/? but paled into insignificance after this. WTF is going on? I really hope the lad makes a full recovery and the cocknose that did it receives what he deserves.
  10. Anyone tried Pond in Preston yet? I love tapas and this has been recommended. Ta!
  11. Nice one Boz - how much are they? I will take one of each and send payment via Paypal if possible? Pete
  12. Went to a Korean restaurant in Shanghai last week - that was interesting if you like raw carp and pickled cods intestines........ Closer to home, I took some customers to Ashoka restaurant just outside burnley (I know, sorry) and it was excellent.
  13. Hi Guysh, Aldo you might think I am a shid manager and all your fansh protested before I wash appointed, dose english fansh know nothing of my skillsh. Its great over here in Howland ash I can schpeak like dis and you guysh undershtand me!! McLaren - YOU ARE AN IMBACILE
  14. Just readin 'world without end' by Ken Follett - its a sequel to 'pillars of the earth' and so far every bit as amazing. One problem - its hardback and over 1000 pages - a bugger when trying to read it on the bog....................................... One of the best writers around for me must be Carl Hiasen - sick puppy and tight fit are hilarious.... all about the seedier side of Florida and the wierdos that live there.
  15. The Fence Gate Inn at Fence (surprise!) has probably the best fillett steak I have ever had. It also won The Observer 'Sunday Roast Of The Year' - and rightly so. As with Yu & You - if you can cope with the champagne suppin wannabees then its worth a trip.
  16. A man of taste! El Rincon is excellent - it also sells cruz campo If you want something truly romantic (joke), why not try 'This & That' - its behind the arndale centre - has to be see to be believed but the food is awesome!!
  17. You can only have a club sale if you have a club shop......
  18. I am fookin livid..... who the hell agrees to a stupid friendly just days before what could be our biggest game for years? Owen out for a month and with him goes our chance of qualifying. OK, it might be out of our hands, but it bloody wasnt a month ago when we had three games still to play and our destiny was in our own hands. The current management set up is embarrassing - one long string of cliches...................... I am sick of it. What has happened to the passion? Did I really hear Steven Gerrard on the radio saying that 'McLaren is the best man for the job and without doubt the best coach available' ? How can he be the best available? United sidekick - Boro manager.............. what a lousy CV
  19. I wish I did - Waggy? You got the original paper?
  20. At 2.5 million they were fleeced. Bent is nothing but an average striker. I have seen nothing of his play at Charlton to make me think any different. If Benni goes, he goes. Lets just make sure that we keep Hughes. As he has proved, he is one of a few managers that can make a player perform beyond his own expectations. Thanks for a great season Rovers - I have loved every minute. One Love - BRFC
