Saw somewhere they've already sold 4,000 tickets which is bad news for Rovers as Mark Robins (he's that kind of guy who wont want to let their fans down) will ensure his side are 'at it' irrespective of whether they have a play-off chance or not.
Hopefully after the deflating Wembley experience and another game on Wednesday night we will just be a game too far for them.

Might just be the angle of that video but I still can't wrap my head around how he's caught up to the ball and attempted to do nothing to stop it going into the net.
I know he can't pick it up but he does nothing.
Well he can, because it's a better option than what happened.

Has Gallagher even had one attempt at goal since coming back from injury? I can’t remember one.
Two goals, against QPR & Preston back in Feb. when he came back from injury.
Now 13 games without a goal.

They don't need to. They only need to beat 1 of them - either a Huddersfield who were shambolic at the weekend or a resting Norwich reserves. You seriously can't see them possibly winning 1 of those 2 games?
They might win 1, but I don't see them winning both.

I think we'll be nervy but I don't see us losing this one, but I don't have any confidence in us winning either.
Going for a 1-1 draw.
Brum to draw with Hudds, Plymouth to lose to Milwall & Sheff Wed to lose to WBA
That would leave us safe going into the last day barring a ridiculous goal swing.
A miserable end to the season seeing us staying up after being 7th in December thanks to the sides below us being even worse than us.

Maybe it was reverse psychology by Waggott by trying to turn it into an away game considering we have won 1 home game in 5 months.

Birmingham will beat Norwich at home last day. Norwich will already be in the play offs and will make tons of changes like Huddersfield did last time we went down.
With Wednesday having gone WDDW, I easily see them getting 4 points from here.
I'm not even that confident another point saves us anymore from here unless QPR lose both.
This sort of chat always seems to happen after we lose.
Birmingham couldn't even beat an already relegated side at the weekend, why are they all of a sudden going to beat both Huddersfield and Norwich?
Sheff Wed against WBA, WBA played really well at Leicester and need another win to cement there play off place. Sunderland on the last day I give you is very winnable.
Plymouth will get bullied at Milwall and get beat there fairly comfortably I think, last day at home to Hull depends what Hull turn up I suppose.
We were all saying the same after Bristol City and managed to pull a result out of nowhere at the Leeds game, I don't think we'll lose to Cov as after Wednesday they will be out on there feet by the time we play them, can see a draw.
For the record, I think we're dreadful, and if it was just us up against one other side, or if we were in the bottom 3 right now I would be saying that we would definitely be going down.
As it stands though, like I have said too much needs to happen for us to go down, next season I agree with whoever said we go down wherever we are.

Of course, that's what they want us all to believe.

I think that’s it, we’re going down, so avoidable and self inflicted
Brum & Sheff Wed won't both get 4 points in there last two games.
Also don't think Plymouth will get another point.
Always said no chance we go down this season and still believe that.
Next season we're fucked.

Do clubs have to enter the FA cup, or could they boycott it ?
Man Utd pulling out in 2000 set the precedent there I think.
No reason why teams couldn't boycott it if they wished too.

Clearly i'm on about the current DE which is considerably bigger than what was allowed on back then and like i said late 90's they didn't many at all..... in the Prem.
First Sheff Weds game i remember they had a lot in the old DE and Megson scored a 30 yard screamer then they were all fighting with the old bill for some reason 🤣
The one and only club iv'e never seen have even one single low following at Ewood no matter what their form or division is Leeds Utd.
Man U as well but that was always the Prem and they don't count seeing as the coach park is always full of vehicles from Oxford, Wales and Ireland !
Only one I can recall is early doors in the 97-98 season when we lost 4-3 under Hodgson, just about filled the bottom right corner of the Darwen End.
Agree on Sheff Wed though they bought some really low followings in the 90s.

Can see this being 0-0 until half time and everyone saying "oh we're doing alright here" to lose 3-0 in the second half.
Can't see anyone else around us winning this weekend so that's one plus.

With the desperation of saving money etc I'm suprised that they are willing to still open the Riverside for next season with how small the uptake is and will be in there, and I sit in there.
Has there been any discussions about that being a possibility?

If we do go down, I will be looking at Eustace and the games against Milwall and Plymouth at Ewood.
That was the time to pull away from this mess and we played like cowards in both of them.

Personally, yes. If he was still here we would be relegated without doubt. He lost interest and the players in December. One win and six defeats in December and in his last four games in Jan/Feb it was two draws and two defeats in the league. We lost away to Sheffield Wed and Huddersfield and then only drew with Rotherham and Huddersfield at home and lost to QPR at home. Those results are really hurting us now. For me, its those two months, when we had winnable games that have really come back to bite us.
On the flip side I would argue that thanks to JDT's work until December that's the reason we'll stay up.
Won't be much to do with this bloke who has 1 win in 12.

One thing for sure is that four more performances like this will more than likely see us relegated.
Your underestimating how bad the sides below us are.
Genuinely think we could lose the next 4 fairly comfortably and still stay up due to sides around us all playing each other.

We're going to end up staying up with 2 wins from our final 28 games, thanks to the absolute dross around us.

Bolton have announced this morning that they have passed 12k ST sales.
Meanwhile our lot are still dithering about talking to fan groups about what to do, and then will probably do there own thing anyway.

English Football is just so unsustainable. Can’t be long until it all blows up.
Folk have been saying that for over 20 years, The odd club might fall by the wayside but It will never fully blow up.

Game too far I think after the efforts since Good Friday.
No real options to freshen things up will see us lose this 2-0 I reckon.

Think Monday will have lured quite a few into a false sense of security.
Southampton, whilst you can get at them have a ridiculous line of fire power that will be far to good for us I imagine.
Rovers 1 Southampton 3

I'd be tempted to get Carter in at right back.
Failing that JRC in at RB and Ayari in midfield.

Sunderland 1 Rovers 0

Anyone apart from Szmodics would have some neck to say they don't want to play in league one after there performances from December onwards.
