Fancy writing / recording something for the pod ? ?
That’s one of my earliest memories too - outer wings of Riverside on the bench seats...
I’ll give the matter some thought pal!

Saying something if he is almost first name in team shit!
Will he ever make it to team average or team 'not too bad' ?
I didn’t know Corry had played for b***ley?

My first memory of Rovers was my dad taking me in the upper tier of the Riverside stand to watch us play Carlisle, 1971 I think. I can still remember the smell of the flask of large milky coffee with a generous amount of rum in it. I was hooked from that point on.
Now this season we are back in the Riverside and the flask still accompanies us!

I used to watch Barrow whenever I could when they came to Rochdale back in the day. I particularly remember an FA Cup tie. I'd gone up because Fred Else was playing in goal for Barrow and I wanted to see him in action again. Fred had a blinder in goal that afternoon and was partly responsible for their 3-1 win. Another player they had that caught my eye was a young gingerish midfielder called George Smith. He was tireless, all over the park, and he could put a foot in if it required it. A bit like a quicker Robbie Savage. I was really impressed. Anyway I wrote to Rovers Courtesy of the Chief Scout telling him about Smith. I got a reply saying they knew about him but he was contracted to the Barrow Club ? Yeah, I knew that.
Not long after that game Portsmouth, who were rivaling us for promotion at the time, came in for him with a large fee and off he went down South. He became a cult hero down there, I remember seeing him playing for Pompey at Ewood on several occasions and he was always a thorn in our flesh.
Good story that.

Why didn’t we play with the old orange ball? Froze my wotsits off on the Riverside that day.

Dack for me. Hard to argue with Jordans stats but I just never really enjoyed watching him.
Reckon if the club officially did it it would hands down be Elliot Bennett!
So you never really enjoyed watching him score all those goals, really?

Harrison Reed is a very average player who we do not miss IMO, he would struggle to make our bench.
I’d like to argue with that but I can’t.

His excellent signing doing the business. We look to have so many options pretty much everywhere except CB.
Great to see 4 4 2 today. Another string in our bow and a useful weapon to have.
Travis ,Johnson and Evan's are great. Absolute pests to play against.
I think Corry Evans has been amazing as of late.
There, I’ve said it.

Problem for Ipswich is that they started the season well but now only have 3 wins in 14, which is obviously very worrying. I think I read it's only 1 win in the last 10 matches. Lambert needs to sort out their form sharpish or they'll be looking at the playoff lottery at best.
One win in ten and they are second? Jesus.
Just checked and its W4 D3 L3 in their last ten league games. What are you on about? Are you allowing your dislike to affect your accuracy?

Loved Rhodes when he was here. Wouldn't take him back. Must be on a fortune wage wise. He hasn't played much in years. Never mind tonight's game. Must be reasons for this.
Brerton needs game time as does Gallagher in preparation for graham retiring.
As much as I rate and appreciate Jordan for what he did for us the bit in bold is the correct statement.

Looking at where Derby are, I'd have thought that Cocu would be on thin ice, now. A quick look at their message board, and their fans seem to think it'll be a long-term project with him. It won't of these results keep up! Beginning to wonder if Derby could even afford to sack him.
Woodgate must also be on the verge at 'Boro, too.
I’m pretty sure that Derby are viewing this season as rebuilding just like Boro are and in the first instance were amazed that they could attract Cocu. Gibson desperately wants Woodgate to succeed and is prepared to give him time for which you’ve got to applaud him. Last season both clubs were up there and I think next season they will be too.

The whingeing when the team was announced was unreal. Still, what do we fans know, hey? I had us down for a 2-0 defeat.
Great result.
I also predicted a 0-2 result pal, something big occurred today in relation to our season as a whole. I’d love to see a 90 minute recording of the game.

However, that is a great result and really opens up the league for us now. Can't believe I'm typing this as these players looked 'gone' a few weeks ago, but I think we look as strong as any team in this league right now.
There's absolutely no reason why we can't realistically think top 6 now and, for that, huge credit has to go to Mowbray - for the change in mindset as much as anything.
Having watched West Brom struggle against big clubs bullying initially today I’d suggest we can beat anyone in the division. That includes Leeds who we will smash again at home.

I'm still on moon cause we defeated a cery good team amd after a very tight match speacially first half...bristol did a good game but they we were better i know that in this group there are some moaners that would be talkig crap like "we did a horrible match but we were lucky or we doesen't deserve to win" or crqp like thst why? Well cause they doesen't really love this colors...if youbate a true supporter it doesen't matter where you come from it matters to support even on bad times...you could be desagree with a lot of things the gaffer the tsctics the way we are playing the players seleccion etc... but what a true supporter never does is to TALK BAD or SHET about their own colors isn't?
Letsstill celebrating but not to much pals cause we are on the most difficult part of the table...to survive in this possition is the task this campaign i guess and I'm sure we will...
So surprised about or development i have to say that when i saw Tony idea i was a little nervous but what a way to shut our mouths isn't? I knew Johnson would be vital in this match because of his sacrifice and vecaise is the natural palyer that we have to do the dirty job and to try to retail ball but he did much more than that he scored and he was one of the best players today!
Come On You Rovers! We are showig what we are capable to do this season and if we stil playing like that who knows what could happens? Whoever to me showig this level I'm more than glad this is just our second year into this tier again so I'm not hurry inwamt my team stil building the correct background and infrastructure to put my team on 1st toer and stay ther much more than just one season!
