As has been mentioned, the legends tshirts were great. Navy with a white trim on the neck and sleeves. I had the Matt Jansen one. Still have it stashed away somewhere.
Got the Garner one, I can still get in it.............

I do find it astounding how underappreciated a regular, consistent 20+ goal a season striker now is since his departure.
He did his side of the bargain consistently throughout his time here, retrospectively painting a picture that we would have been better had he not been there is ridiculous.
If you had to prioritise one thing in a striker, goals, pace, hold up, give me goals anytime.
Absolutely correct. Jordan Rhodes was lethal in front of goals and from what I remember of King he wasn’t the player then for us that he is now. Some on here have selective memories.

Christ! I also heard a rumour there's no choc-ice break at the cinema these days.
It sounds like more like torture than fun.
What about ki-ora and those little packets of chocolate poppettes or whatever they were called?

Certainly not that benrama or however it’s spelt. He was rubbish against us the other night and when he wasn’t shooting into the Darren End seats he was either moaning and shaking his head or sticking his hands into Travis’s face.

The post above is from Charlton website regarding their new chairman.

MATT SOUTHALL (Chairman)
For the past five years, Matt has been working between the UK and Middle East advising on international mergers and acquisitions and building strong relationships with key businesses in the Gulf.
Previously, he set up and ran a successful e-commerce business and was also involved in sports management, working alongside high profile sports agencies and their clients.
His early ambitions were as a professional footballer but having left the Blackburn Rovers School of Excellence at 16, he opted for a career in the sports industry and attended the University of Manchester where he was awarded a Masters in Business Administration.

What I want is for the manager to dispense with his idea to ‘transition’ us into Tika taka football. This group of players love playing heavy metal football and Wednesday was a fine example. We don’t need 70% possession of the ball to beat teams.
I want Mowbray to keep that 11 and blueprint of high octane football with uncompromising centre halves, workman-like midfielders, lightening quick wingers and a little un off a big un, up top. Everyone busts a gut to get forward and everyone kills themselves to get back. It suits the players and us as fans. We were all buzzing after Wednesday. The progression is simply to buy better footballers to suit this mould. Upgrade the quality but keep the identity of the team.
Brilliant!

Everybody talking about, Travis and Dacky and and i share they were the best on pitch yesterday but what about my man Stewart Downing? Come on pals with 35 years is showong one of the biggest commitments on our squad in my opinion he's proving to himself and probably to the boro tossers that they were wrog and he still being a very good and reilable player...
Personally he tottally over pass my expectations and he's one of my favorites this seasson.
#COYBBR
#ImRoversTillIDie
#TheMexicanRoverAmen brother, he’s a joy to watch and must be such an inspiration to the young lads.

Signed a new contract back in February and will be on way more than we can afford even if it's 50%
What he gets paid and what he’s worth are two different things. Loved it when he fell on his backside against the blades.

And another win! Saw all the negatively again on here pre-match! Not quoting the guy who said 6-1 Brentford.
Excuse me I wasn’t negative. Before and during the game I was positivity personified, I was making a conscious effort as usually the thread is full of negativity.

Personally I'd be tempted to go the route of an interesting foreign appointment. We've tried promoting within (Bowyer) and experience of Championship (TM & technically Coyle) and I do wonder if something new and different might not be what is in order.
The huge problem is that whatever category we look in Rovers will probably go to the substandard element of that category.
