We are baffled by Number 6 on the list which looks like Michael Robinson (possibly Robbinson) - I remember a player of the same name at Liverpool (possibly with a previous Brighton connection) and then at some point he moved to a Spanish Club and now commentates in Spanish football ? I may have the two mixed up ? Anyway thanks again for your help mate.

Hi to All I have been trying for some time now to Identify faces and Signature's on a 1980/81 season Club sheet sent out origionally for a charity auction. It has proven to be a difficult 'mission' and I have a few Rovers Fans / mates who all wanted a copy of this, so I had some laser copies done and laminated them for protection. Between us we I/D'd who we could agree on and discussed a few who we couldn't and so I have left those names out. The way forward was (or so I thought) to list one on ebay and ask for help from Rovers fans with the Identifications etc. Well so far, despite me and my mates thinking I would get plenty of folk helping me me out, I havn't received a single email offering such. I hope this post isn't seen as commercialism as I have read the rules but couldn't see anywhere to ask a mod' in advance. Anyway, I do genuinely need the help of fellow footy fans as I have hit a brick wall with it. Surely there will be folk here who can help. I hope I've done the right thing in placing this here as I realise on the general message board it would be seen by more, but would perhaps be in the wrong place ? If it would be better there, then perhaps someone more in the know of the rules could transfer it over there or put a link to this post ?
