Alan75 Posted June 1, 2005 Posted June 1, 2005 Rumours would suggest that transfer listed striker Jonathan Stead will discuss terms with Sunderland this week and another premiership club, believed to be Charlton Athletic. It is understood that Rovers have agreed a fee of £1.5m, rising to £1.8m on appearances, with both clubs. With the exit of Stead, speculation now surrounds on who Mark Hughes will bring in as his replacement, hopefully a proven striker that will encourage a demand for season tickets, that went on sale yesterday.
