Alan75 Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 Rovers have this morning announced the appointed John Williams (formally the chief executive) as the new Executive Chairman at Ewood Park. Paul Egerton-Vernon acting as spokesman for the Walker Trustees is reported to be delighted with Williams' appointment, stating "He (JW) will guide the board with similar vigour, enthusiasm and business acumen as he has always displayed in the eight years he has been at the club."
