The People newspaper this morning is suggesting that Daniel Williams is the brains behind American based Nuttall Investments, a company he (Williams) set up with American backers. The article reports that Williams has fought off other bidders, in his attempt buy Rovers in order to secure and protect the heritage of the club, plus pump in money to finance transfer dealings by Mark Hughes.
