The former Gunner is quoted as saying in the Mail on Sunday: "If he wants laughs he should be a comedian. "I don't see anything funny about losing 4-1 at home to Coventry." Very true Mr Merson, but not as funny as Arsenal losing 5-1 to local rivals Spurs. Thats a 6-2 aggregate defeat belly laugh.
