I think this could be the end for him to be honest if he has a fractured skull only have to look at Joe Mason recently to see its not something that is easily recovered from.. I think he is a lot better than a lot give him credit for and will be a miss

We might aswell close down this thread now our transfer business is complete the return of Mulgrew will be like having a new player

I Would play Johnson in this one I think a battle with that horrible tvvat Pearson could be the type of thing he reslishes

I would replace Rothwell with Holtby I know its not the in thing to do to call him but he hasn't done anything this last couple of days. You can see why Mowbray does get frustrated with him there was 1 occasion on Saturday when he ran from one side of the pitch to the other but probably took the ball forward 5 yards and his end product really does need to improve.. when he missed the 1v1 against Brentford he was given the excuse that its because he hadn't been starting but to me has got worse each game he has started

I would replace Rothwell with Holtby. I think Rothwell has offered very little this last couple of games

Lots of malicious rumours around about Bradley Dack and Bradley Johnson at the minute in connection with the Derby County drunk driving incident.
The video which had been rumoured to feature the voice of Bradley Dack, was actually the voice of a Shrewsbury Town player, and Bradley Johnson has denied all accusations since on his Instagram page.
Somebody quite rightly pointed out on another thread that when you listen to BD interviews on other topics, the voices aren't too similar at all, so its good that that can be cleared up. Would like to hope our players could never be so thick!
Does look rather like Johnson on the latest video that has appeared on the sun website though

I couldn't see anything for this so thought would try and get some debate going as it is only just over 24 hours away
I am going to go for a dull 0 - 0 I think here.
I am going to go for a shock and say that we will for once name the same XI
-
I couldn't see any pictures of Tosin or Lenihan on the training gallery that has just gone on the rovers website

Looks like Raya had an outstanding game for Brentford today.
he also still had his gamely brain fart and nearly got caught out by a quick corner

They won their opening game 3-1 and came 3rd last season so it's not exactly the same situation, is it?
Of course its the same situation its a manager who understands you cant just throw a player into your side who doesnt understand the tactics and way you play

I cant believe how crap a manger that Bielsa must be not playing some of his new signings until theyve spent time on training ground until theyve learned how he plays

I think that the signings of Tosin and Cunningham mean we are going to try and play the Sheffield United way. Mowbray has commented about the way the play and how they progressed several times
can see us going
Walton
Tosin right side with Nyambe as back up
Lenihan Central out of contract player as back up
Cunningham Left with Williams as Back up
Sorry chaps and chappeses Bennet as Right wing back JRC as back up
Downing Left wing back Bell as back up
Travis and Johnson Central Midfield Buckley and Evans as back up
Armstrong and Dack behind Gally
-
Simon Eastwood to return as the other keeper
-
Ruddy is on the bench for Wolves today in there pre season game think we can forget about it being him

Gallagher is shit. Why doesn't mowbary show some balls and try something different for a change? The guy is stuck in the 90s. Most manager these days, cast their net far and wide, this guy either sniffs around his old clubs or brings back ex players. Zero ambition
You do know that the player that we have signed today has never played under him before don't you

Come on Pete.
Out of those only Dack and Lenihan could be considered regular starters.
Maybe Travis as well but now Johnson has come in who knows?
So do you seriously expect
Leutwiler to start in goal 1st game of the season
how many times did Smallwood play the last 5 games of the season how often did Mulgrew play towards the end of the season you cannot possibly say that with 8 players out of our squad aged over 30 we are a retirement home I would suggest that come the start of the season the average age of our squad will be in the top 10 lowest

Ok.
Leutwiler 30
Mulgrew 33
Bennett 31 in December
Johnson 32
Downing 35 in July
Graham 34 in August
Evans and Smallwood 30 next year.
That's eight. That accurate enough for you and how many do you want?
Come on Rev
Bell 25
Lenihan 25
Nyambe 21
Travis 21
Armstrong 22
Dack 25
Chapman 21
Brereton 20
Davenport 20
that's 9 that you would expect to be around the matchday 18 all 25 or under

Rovers will let her have an OAP season tkt, just call office or go down. My brother turns 65 2 days after season starts, they let him have the OAP tkt.
She has been to ticket office they told her sorry cant do anything about it if your not 65 on 31st August you will have to buy an adult one or wait and get a half season ticket
-
Does anyone know how to get in contact with Steve Waggott. I know that they have to have deadlines but you would think there would be some movement the club are going to lose a season ticket holder of 30 years in my mum as she turns 65 4 days after the deadline for a OAP ticket she is refusing to buy one as it isn't cost effective for her

Leeds as a club are just classless top to bottom, bit odd trying to ‘banter’ Derby on their official twitter when they blew promotion
I did like the tweet on the official rovers website after we beat them at home

I assume you're talking solely about Grealish. If the system allows you to be a so-called cheat, then playing it to the max isn't the worst thing to do. I always loved players like Sav, Bellers, etc. They're great to have on your team, and you love 'em for it - because they want to win, no matter the cost - and when they're not on your team... Well, just take a look at some of the posts here. Grealish will go on. The rest will weep.
I honestly think Grealish will be found out at premier league level he hasnt done much against any of the big/better teams in the league he has turned it on against Birmingham and thats got him this reputation he is a big game player. If he scores more than 5 goals that arent penalties next season I will show my ass on the townhall steps
