Through a combination of poor form, injury and a feckless manager I agree we have not seen the best of this guy. But... I for one will not be slating him as I have the sneaking suspicion his dubious qualities may be called upon again.

Extremely good game, bit on the technical side. France dominated possession but never looked convincing in the final third. We played counterattack probably due to froggie midfield dominance. We should have been able to hold on though, Heskey should have known the danger of conceding free kick in that area and Gerrard should have put ball in row Z.
