Life's too short for hating people for choice of club they support. Mental.
Then you've never met Colchester or Leyton Orient fans

Hopefully they'll stick this one on tv, although I feel if they do, it'll encourage those who are boycotting, to stay away, which is a shame, as it'd be nice to see Ewood packed for this one.
It's a cup game, so anything can happen, but Mowbray needs to fire the lads up for this.
Maybe even get David Dunn in for a pre-game motivational talk, or at the very least stand Infront of the scum fans & caress the badge for 90 minutes
C'mon Rovers, iron these mugs out.

Did Leonard, Kightly and Fortune play?
Leonard did, other two didn't.
We played a mixture of the kids, squad players & first teamers

Southend - Newport 0-2
Did exactly what you's did on Saturday... believed that all we needed to do was show up to win. And even that was a bit of an inconvenience for us

Lots of negative posts about Mowbray today, many having thought all summer he is the messiah. I have thought for a while now, that things have always seemed a tad better when we haven't played, for example, when we have had an international break. With the summer recess, perhaps many of us have thought, Mowbray is the bees knees and we are going to have a good season. We are only one game in and painful as that was, a week is a long time in football. Hopefully, we can get a couple of wins under out belt and hail Mowbray again, I am wishing like hell, he is the real deal.
If you's are not comfortably amoung the top 3 positions come Xmas time, he will be gone. And rightly so.
I don't get this fascination with TM. He's not that good of a manager. There's so many decent managers at this level, who aren't star names, but who would get the very best out of your squad, and get you's out of this league at the first attempt. I'd even back our perma-tanned gaffer to do the business for you.

This cup means F all, we should avoid injuries and give other players a chance to impress
In the grand scheme of things, you are right. But remember, it's a chance of morale & confidence building.
A good performance against Cov, will not only gee up the players for Saturday, but it will give the fans a much needed boost.
Cov, IMO, will be focussing on promotion this season, but that's doesn't neccessarily mean they will take this lightly, as it's just as good a morale/confidence booster for themselves, aswell as you's.
This is the perfect opportunity for the likes of Chapman & Dack to gain some much needed confidence. I'd also give Feeney & start. Not sure about this Samuel lad, but if he's ever gunna flourish in the blue & white halves, then this is the type of game he where he will need to show his ability.
Im going for a 2-0 Rovers win

Last season, they lost to Lincoln in the cup.
Anything can happen....
