Any of you heading over on the chugger today drop me a PM and I will buy you a pint in the West Riding if you fancy a pre match jar. Nice selection of ales and warm friendly welcome ?

Leeds fan with a soft spot for Rovers. Fine.
So why did you make up some cock and bull story about being a Preston fan from Bamber Bridge then?
I was off my meds at the time.

Bout time CP Company got his second ban.
On what grounds ?
I conduct myself well and don't abuse anybody. I enjoy reading what is written on here as I have a soft spot for Rovers and have very close family who are season ticket holders.
I'd love nothing more than us both to go up and earn a few quid although I would genuinely miss this league as it's brilliant.
My Mums Auntie Phyllis used to live in the very end terraced house on Bolton Road as you walk towards the ground. Club store on your left and house on the right. Can't get much closer to the ground than that.

The away stand is now half and half.
Let's have a hug.

It has got a bit tedious.
Not sure its CP though, he's even more mouthy and can't resist the hooligan angle.
It is. All Leeds aren't we.
Married into Rovers.
Love Leeds xx

I'm going.

Very calm cheers, however I’d go on a Leeds forum if I wanted to read post after post about how marvellous they are for getting 30k crowds, they are the only club in one of the UK’s biggest cities.
They ain’t owt special.
You going tomorrow Matthew ?

They get around 3,000 tickets at most grounds, so do they buggery pay wages at Championship level.
You need to get your head out of Leeds’ arse, really beginning to grate, it was bad enough when it was Preston you kept going on about.
Sorry Matty ?
Preston lads really take things with a pinch of salt.
Leeds lads very similar.
Calm down fella.

Bloody he'll CP Company man, how arrogant is that statement. A chunk of the money you pay goes to the extra security needed because some of your 'fans' can't behave themselves.
Bit cheeky mate.
Good luck tomorrow to all.

Should we protest about the ticket price??
Why ??
Leeds pay people's wages at away grounds. Get over yourself.

That is exactly as I remember too..strange how interest just seemed to disappear with this fixture.
Leeds Flu. ?

Talking to a Leeds mate it looks like Rovers will have the Top tier in the West Stand and Leeds the bottom. Happened against Brentford earlier this season and passed off OK. Pretty sure the concourse will be halved with coppers and stewards. Apparently they only sell to members in this scenario.

No sales on the day.
Pity. It would definitely be a sell out ?

Still got to be built on rock solid foundations though so that would mean tossing aside Mowbrays make do and mend keeper / defender philosphy for something a bit better.
The players are out there though it just takes a bit of nous.
I read a post of yours earlier that claimed Rovers regularly took 5-8k to Leeds ?
You sure mate ?
Also do/did you know Billy B, Tosh L, Andy and Soz from Whittle/Chorley ?

You're not all that much better than us, you're just a lot more consistent.
That's just it. They aren't more consistent at all. Their goals scored from chances created is woeful.

Fail to see why, if we do play to our potential, you're convinced it will still be 3-0.
If both teams play to their full potential would you expect to come away with something ?

Not like a Leeds fan to come on waving his dick about regarding crowds ?
Hell fire given the size of the place it's hardly a massive achievement, even though the average attendance was like 21k a few seasons ago, till they started doing half decent ?
All they can do is fill their ground every week and sell out every away game. Not many do that.
Grudging respect from me. Their away support is as good as you will get anywhere.

They've been getting 38 k ???????
37,000 is the approx capacity or just under. The away section holds 2,500 so anything over 34,500 is a sell out for home fans. They have even started giving away fans only the top tier only to free up more space. Every game is a sell out for home fans.

‘Fully expect a decent Rovers effort’, ‘Leeds not hitting the heights’... but we’ll lose at least 3-0? Possible cricket score?
Got to do better than this Nobber...
I do expect a decent effort. Boxing Day was a fantastic effort but Rovers succumbed to a very strong team who were flying back then.
If Rovers aren't at it at the back and Leeds have more composure/luck in front of goal it could be a nightmare.

Bizarre when you think that place would be almost full every week at more affordable prices.
Are you talking home fans ??
Apart from 3 games it's been sold out every game since Bielsa took charge for home fans and is again on Saturday. Its only when visitors come on a tandom and couple of skateboards that the attendance drops slightly.

Buzzing for this as its my first game I can't attend in almost 6 weeks.
Have a sneaky feeling we will claim a point or 3.
Can anyone recommend a bar for away supporters pre game?
Same 11 as last game please Tony.
No designated away fans pub but most visitors use the Drysalters on the ring road. 10 min walk to the ground. Visitors are welcome in there and you don't get any trouble if you don't want it.
Other pubs near the ground (White Hart and Whistlestop) in Beeston are rammed and you don't really get away fans up there although Rovers fans won't have any issues in Leeds. Very low risk game.
In the City Ctr you can't go wrong. Boozers paradise.
Fully expect Rovers to put up a decent effort. Leeds aren't hitting the heights of last season yet but are points wise better off.
Leeds 3-0 Rovers although if they find their shooting boots it could be a cricket score.
-
I went to the Preston v Leeds game on Tuesday. Decent advert tbf. Leeds by far the better team and should of been 2 or 3 up by half time.
Preston are a decent outfit and work hard. They seemed to play Nugent up top on his own which didn't work.
Wouldn't surprise me if Rovers went there and got 3 points.
Leeds (A) - Same as last year lads... kind of.
