1: Steve Bruce...
2: El Hadji Diouf (for all the above mentioned reasons)
3: Dennis Rommedahl (lousy and lazy, has the worst crosses in international football)
4: Stig Tøfting (former Bolton and HSV-player
5: Everything Soton
Honorary mentions:
Savage (before Rovers bought him)
Crouch (for being so darn ugly )

From official site: "FULL TIME: ROVERS 3 HUDDERSFIELD 1. A thoroughly entertaining night at Ewood Park."
That sounds great. Can't wait to hear from the guys, who attended the match

Jesus ***k... 2-1. Pawel Abott (Polish U-21 international)
Huddersfield just brought on Gary Taylor-Fletcher. Priceless name...

And Emerton assisted!
One shot, one goal. It's ALMOST a miracle...

Freekick or no freekick. We should've won even though the mighty Shearer hammered it in for Newcastle. Let's beat Man U. and be the happiest footballfans on earth instead

The problem with 4-4-2 is that we get outplayed in the midfield against most Premiership teams because we don't have the centre midfielders to play it. It was only after Ferguson was sold that Hughes started playing it regularly. He obviously intended to play 4-4-2 this season because he played it in the friendlies and on the opening day against West Ham, a game in which we were outplayed in centre midfield. The reason was because he played two "headless chickens" in centre midfield (Savage and Reid) and Benayoun kept on coming in from the right to almost act as a third central midfielder for West Ham. In order for us to use 4-4-2 effectively we need to play a sitting player like Mokoena or Tugay alongside Reid or Savage. We could also probably do with Thompson of old on the right wing. The right hand side of a 4-4-2, cutting inside when needed was where he played his best games for us. The main reason for his poor performances at the end of last season was that he was isolated on the right of a 5 man midfield when he's not an out and out winger.
Nice post

Firstly, YOU should calm the f*** down: SG's 194 has every right to feel desponded and dissapointed today. I know I do, and I'm sure the players, trainers and Hughes do too.
Secondly, our start of the season has not been much better than the abysmal opening games last year, when Souness was manager. And I reckon, he would've kept us up too, if he hadn't abandoned us. And truth be told - we played better football in the years with Souness than we've done this year with Hughes. Sure we don't concede much - but we're just about the most boring and uninspiring team in the premiership. Ever.
We have ability, skill. We need confindence and goals. A more attacking formation AND the strongest possible 11 against Huddersfield could make both happen....
I actually look forward to the match wednesday. Don't know why

------------Friedel--------------
Neill - Nelsen - Zura - Gresko
-----------Savage--------------
Reid ------Tugay--------Gamst
------Bellamy----Jansen-------
Could work. Tugay can play it in the channels to both strikers. As mentioned many times - long balls are sh*te with our small pacey attackers. We saw glimpses of Bellamy's pace today. Use the channels, please. Almost every centrehalf in the premiership are big, strong men who are superb in the air. We should make runs between the tree trunk-ish legs.
Bentley is an excellent player sub for Tugay, when the old man's spend for the day.
Savage has absolutely no attacking abilities (no flair, no passing skills, no creativity). Make him a defensive midfield, and make him stay at home most of the time except at set pieces. Let Neill and Gresko go forward instead - they both have flair, drive and can pass....
It should work. Frankly, I can't see why we don't try it on Old Trafford as well...

I've (almost) had nothing but respect for Hughes the past year, but when I saw the formation today, I knew it would backfire... And you're right jim mk2 - he's starting to worry me too.
I'm sorry to repeat myself, but there is NO REASON whatsoever to play Mokoena from the start. Aside from the 451-travesty, that was Hughes biggest mistake today. The Axe is just not good enough to perform at this level. Sure - if where up 2-0, bring him on by all means, and make him put an end to the other sides attacks...
..... 4-4-2.... please... Jansen-Bellamy up front. .... Tugay in CM

I'm just devastated, and I'm feeling sorry for the players too. They played well until the 60th minute, and it was just bad luck, they didn't score.
Newcastle shouldn't have been 11 players on the pitch, when the second half started.
On a positive note, Bellamy looked alive, full of pace, nice first touch and dribbling despite his lack of match fitness.
Tugay should've started instead of Mokoena, who made absolutely nothing. Tugay had some excellent passes.
Why play 4-5-1 against a immensely amputated Newcastle, with a useless Lee Clark and Bowyer in the midfield. A Jansen-Bellamy-pairing would have brought us a goal in the first half, me thinks.
Come again, lads...

1) Caught Manuel Sanchis browsing the pornos and then purchasing one.
That's what I call a close encounter!

I've never been in Blackburn, and I've never met a Rovers player up close. But I'd love to hear if any of you, have had some close encounters with any of the players when buying milk, bingedrinking on a pub or shopping womens' underwear. Blackburn being a small city, it should be highly possible - I know I run into the local Danish players here in Århus all the time...
Speak up and share your stories...
(don't know if this has been brought up earlier. If so: ban or spam me...)

We'll win 2-1. Scorers: Jansen in the first half, and Bentley after 80 minutes.
The everglowing Axe will get a red card after his fifth freekick on Jay-Jay Okacha
