Hmm... could be the same mr. Perez... But, does anyone have an old Rovers photo to compare it with?
-
The club always play the 'best value in the Premiership' card but in the grand scheme of things, £36 is a ridiculous amount of money to watch 90 minutes of football.
Totally agree with that. But, how expensive is that compared to other so-called "top-matches" at other Premiership clubs?

Now then, let me think, I asked a very nice Greek photographer at the Olympiakos game about Donis. He had about as much to say about him as I did, I'm sure he said he was a coach for a team in Cyprus thesedays.
Thanks Lee. He's really going places isn't he?
-
It's probably been asked about already but can't find any answers... Where is Donis nowadays? Smashing plates in a Greek restaurant every tursday lunchtime or something?
-
The Rovers contingent at BIG CLUB is depleted by one. Alex Bruce signs with Ipswich.
Hm, better even that out sharpish then
What about: Emerton to Big Club?
-
Just checked and he's at Boston United. Think he may have been at the Dingles at some time?
Correct, he did have a loan spell at the dingles as well

Can't seem to find where Yordi is plying his trade, or whether Hakan Unsal or Javier de Pedro have retired. What about the likes of Perez, Marcolin, Andersson, Per Pederson, Valery etc?
I did check out Valery... The last record I can find, is that he was on Marseille's books during the 2001/02 season. Nothing to be found after that. As far as De Pedro is concerned... Well, according to Wikipedia, he disappeared after a few matches at IFK Gothenburg due to personal problems....

He's manager at Scarborough
-
as I posted in the 2nd post in this thread, he's NOT assistant coach, but got a role like Director of Football or Sporting Director
True, but he was Rekdal's assistant a couple of years ago wasn't he?
-
Totally agree with you Philly Rover on this one. It certainly has got nothing to do with this thread, as we already have established the whereabouts of the 2 (? Correct me if i'm wrong) Americans related to Rovers.

Does anyone know where Jason Wilcox is these days? Last thing I can find is that he was released by Blackpool after the end of last season..
-
Kaba Diawara - Gaziantepspor (Turkish Super League)
Tim Flowers (Goalkeeping coach Man City)
Stephan Henchoz - Wigan??
Jason McAteer - Tranmere??
Hakan Sukur - Galatasaray
Frank Talia - Wycombe Wanderers
David Yelldell - Stuttgarter Kickers
-
Well, as far as I can see...
Dino Baggio still with Lazio
Eyal Berkovic - general manager of Maccabi Netanya
Marlon Broomes - Stoke City
Ben Burgess - Hull City
tbc....
Btw, FourLaneBlue: You missed out an important one re Fulham... Chris Coleman...

I'm not really bothered as long as we don't get anything like the bell that Pompey brings to every game. The most annoying sound ever at a football match in my opinion....
-
Why not? It would certainly give the drummers some competition
I actually find the drums more annoying when I'm watching a Rovers game on the telly than when I'm at Ewood. There's so much drum-noise that I can't hear if there's an "atmosphere" or not....
-
Indeed. What about Blaydon Races on bagpipes? Interesting.... not
-
Well, a pipe n' drum band would be nice wouldn't it? On a serious note, I was thinking along the lines of: A trumpet or two, a drum or two. That kind of thing....
-
Well, I'm not bothered by the drummers per se. If only they had a sense of rhythm.... But, if you ask me, I would rather have a band of some kind (like the one they used to have at Sheff Wed (do they still have it btw?))

Just for the record: Bjornebye was sacked/resigned from IK Start a while ago. Unemployed at the moment as far as I know.
