I can't find anyone mentioning Jimmy Corbett. He now plays for Folkstone Invicta in Ryman Football League div1S.

Still think Mark Hughes has a lot to do with this probably put pressure on him to pull out.After all Hughes learnt from the master when it comes to withdrawing players from internationals.

Rovers are no doubt doing the sensible thing and fully assessing his personal fitness for themselves, behind closed door games,reserves,whatever it takes.....there is no rush!

I just don't see what all the fuss is about Derbyshire. He may one day turn into a useful player, but at the moment he is nothing special and does little if anything to inspire or excite. His performance against Nancy was absolutely woeful.

He is doing a job for us, but let's be honest, on his current performances and ability, Jeffers and Roberts will both knock him down the pecking order.

I'm not saying that he won't one day be good, but that day is just not today.

Thats a little hard on the lad he's only young and IMO could be one of those players like simon garner who just stops around at the club he loves.
