Both players trading breaks in set 2. 1-1, then Brown hits a 180. 2-2 in set 2. Bomber throwing to take a 2 set lead… Petersen breaks! Game is all evens, 1 set all. 2-2 now.. Petersen throwing tho for the set.. 3rd set to Bomber – 130 checkout for Bomber with Petersen ready to pounce. Petersen breaks in set 4. 1-0 up, he’s got a zing to him now – running around the oche. Petersen holds, 2-0 up in set 4. Phew this game is closer than a close thing. Bomber gets a leg in this set… Mrs Bomber tells him to pull his finger out I think! Petersen takes it to a deciding set! 2-2 – great scrap. Bomber Brown breaks in the last set. 1-0 up. Bomber goes 2-0 up in the last set.. then hits 25 in the next leg, and his wife is caught on TV saying “what the feck” or similar! Petersen hits tops to make it 2-1 (to Bomber)… Brown now throwing to win the game. What a 80 c/o for Devon! 2-2 in the last set… Petersen throwing. Intense on stage now! WOW! Well done to both players for a real scrap – great last game. Devon wins 3-2 in a humdinger!
