Hughes is suffering from a lack of finances. It is clear now that in order for Hughes to continue to be a success for us, he needs money to spend on players. The amount of money that we have given to him to spend on players is shockingly low, and he has suceeded in spite of this, until now. With the new TV deal, and the amount of interest in investing in a premier league club, there is no excuse for him to be starved of money anymore! He needs 5-6 quality players before the start of next season, or otherwise I fear that he will begin to fail in his job, and the team performances and results will continue to decline.

I am simply amazed that Hughes still picks him. He cannot pass more than 5 yards to a member of his own team.

His passing was always limited, even when he first came into the team and did "relatively" well, but the time has come now for Hughes to sell him.
