Recently, you *may* have noticed a problem when navigating between the site home page & Forum when browsing BRFCS. A rogue cookie was causing more issues than playing out from the back…

Our IT guru has identified the irritating offender & has disabled it whilst we await support & an enduring solution from our technical partners.

What does this mean for users ? 
Essentially, if you can clear all BRFCS cookies (as a one off) from the browser on your device of choice, then this problem is resolved for you.
 

If you are using an Apple iOS device for example, then follow the attached:-

1. Go to SETTINGS then SAFARI

2. Scroll down to ADVANCED at the bottom

3. Choose WEBSITE DATA

4. EDIT in the top right corner

5. DELETE *just* BRFCS by hitting the red minus sign next to BRFCS

On an Android device -

1. From the Forum page, click the 3 dots in top right corner

2. Click the ‘info’ button - the i in a circle logo

3. Click on ‘Cookies and site data’

4. Highlight ‘BRFCS’ & confirm delete

Apologies for this…it’s been quite a challenge to diagnose, but we believe we have identified root cause. Things have now been saved and submitted.
