The Wales and Birmingham midfielder had been a long time target for former international mananger Mark Hughes and has looked to be keen to sign for Rovers over the last few weeks. It now looks as though the former Manchester United and Leicester midfielder is on his way - perhaps to Rovers??!!?? More news as we get it.
