Glenn Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 The FA have decided to charge Blackburn captain Andy Todd with violent conduct after his collision with Robin van Persie in Saturday's FA Cup Semi Final. Earlier today both Mark Hughes and Colin Todd have spoken out in defence of Todd and many members of the BRFCS.COM discussing the matter here believe the contact was entirely accidental, pointing the look of surprise on Todds face as the contact happens as an indication of the lack of intent. Todd has until 6pm on Wednesday 20 April to respond to the charge and has denied the accusation from the off.
