Mark Hughes has rejected a bid by Carlisle to sign Blackburn Rovers' teenage striking sensation Joe Garner on a permanant basis. Garner, currently on loan at the League One club, has already scored 3 goals during his short spell there and has seemingly impressed fans and management alike with his performances.
