modes98 Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Blackburn have tonight announced that Barry Whitbread has become Chief Scout, replacing Mike Rigg who has followed Sparky to Man City. Barry was the Singapore Manager from 1996 until 1998 and won the Tiger Cup with them. His son is a defender for Milwall. Rovers.co.uk
