Been following Rovers since the age of 6 when we lived down the road. Used to go through the massive gates they opened 20 minutes before end in the old Blackburn end. Followed rovers (paying from about 81 onwards after going to a Southampton Cup match (we lost 1-0). Followed rovers all over after that but finiances couldnt support it after 93' ironically. Had some fun and near misses in those pre prem days and being chased by around 200 enraged Derby fans after the play off semi finals when big Kev put that header in back of net was probably the best and scariest game ive been to. Hated the playoff final because so much was riding on it but was floating on air on way home. Ive posted this because it makes me very sad to see what is happening at Ewood these days. I cant abide what is happening to the traditions and values of this club.
