I aint used my ipod in months,all my songs on it are on a lap top thats broke.Ive installed itunes and its saved some albums ive got on my new laptop how do i transfer the songs on my ipod to my laptop and have it all synched?

when it said control panel and removable device it didnt show up..

Should be in My Computer, not Control Panel.

Did you enable disk use in iTunes?
