Rent is about £280 pcm so it's pretty cheap and the location is only slightly on the desperately desolate side.

Check this place out - has to be viewed carefully to be really appreciated.

Goodness only knows. Rigor mortis was my first impression. On closer inspection, either the estate agent couldn't be assed hanging around any longer or it didn't occur to his dear old wife that this might not be the best advert for finding a tenant. I'm thinking of going along just to see if he's still there.

Don't know about Koi much but Kyoto and Nara are must-sees.
