Alan75
There is a saying "There is nothing as dangerous as a wounded animal" Birmingham City proved that saying this afternoon when they maulded a below par Blackburn side 4-0. Reversing the result when Rovers won 4-0 at St Andrews before Christmas. Birmingham took the lead in the 23 minute with a goal by Morrison and double the lead in the 36 minute with a goal by Clements. Half time 2-0 Blackburn manager Souness made changes at half time taking off the ineffective Mahon to bring on Baggio and although the Italian came close with a couple of shots, Rovers never recovered with Birmingham doubling their score with goals by Forssell and Hughes.
