Alan75 Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 Rovers have shuffled the coaching staffs, with existing staff being realocated to new positions within the club. Tony Parkes takes over as reserve team manager with Rob Kelly stepping up from being head of youth coaching at the Academy to be assistant reserve manager/coach. Tony Parkes position as assistant manager to Graeme Souness it taken up by Alan Murrey, who spent last season in charge of the reserves. Phil Boersma also steps up from the reserves to share first team coaching duties with Dean Saunders.
