Alan75 Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 Fit again midfielders Barry Ferguson and David Thompson, will be aiming to regain automatic first team selection when they embark on Rovers pre-season visit to Germany next week. Rovers kick of the tour with a game against SG Schorndorf on Friday 16th July, before they become involved in a mini four team tournament at Reutlingen, on the 20th July. Rovers will play SSV Reutlingen 05; and the winners will meet either SSV Ulm or the Albanian National side. The winners of the Reutlingen Tournament going on to play the winners of a similar Tournament, involving, Bohemians Prague, FC Erzgebirge Aue, SpVgg Weiden and David Dunn's Birmingham City. The game involving the finalists of each tournament will take place on Friday 23rd July.
