The main topic of discussion today regarding the news that Rovers had given Fulham permission to talk to striker Andy Cole, has quickly changed this evening with the news that a mystery trialist scored 2 of Rovers goals, in a pre season friendly against SG Schorndorf in Germany.

With the new season only 4 weeks away Rovers started their pre-season warm up with an 8-0 win, this afternoon, with goals from Gallagher, Stead (2), Dickov, Jansen, Trialist (2), and Neill.
