Pre-season Warm Up

Rovers returned from their Germany tour, with a 100 per cent record, when they beat Bohemians Prague 1-0, on Friday night. The only down side to the tour being that Brad Friedel limped out of Fridays game with a thigh injury and could now struggle to be fit for the opening game of the season against West Brom.

Rovers continue their preparation for the season, this week with friendlies away at Stockport on Wednesday 28th July, Preston on Saturday 31st July and then a game at Ewood against Sporting Lisbon a week on Wednesday, 4th August, before their final warm up game to the season with a weekend trip to Dublin and a game against Bray Wanderers on Saturday 7th August.
