Here in Preston it rained hard overnight but has done little to nothing since about 9am.

The forecast fort Ewood is to rain until about 5 and then probably be much lighter. I can't see a problem with the game going ahead. The real issue these days is when you get very heavy rain immediately before and when a game is on and that doesn't look likely.

Feels like it should be 4pm a dull day with light to little rain at the minute

How do you know that supporters who are Riversiders haven't gone because their stand is shut? Just because there are no posts on here about it doesn't mean that it hasn't happened.

Your second and third have no relevance to the discussion.

Well my 2 daughters are season ticket holders in the riverside one cannot attend match the younger one has bought a ticket in JW she not bothered where she sits as long as she can show her support to her team

Bet the Police are thrilled! Day, or at best, 3 hours of drinking for 100's if not thousands of fans!

I have it on good authority that police have been to all pubs in Ewood and told them that match tickets to show they are Blackburn fans ,Burnley fans not allowed in

Just wondering if Ewood area is affected by the major water burst going on in Oakdale estate behind the Fernhurst. No water or poor pressure since 10am on Saturday in Livesey, Feniscowles, Tockholes etc. Some pubs shut yesterday. Still not sorted. Will Ewood Park be able to open if water supply is affected?

I’m on Nuttall street our water so far is ok

Go to the games. Don't miss a match.

Well seeing as though she has waited 3years for this very holiday and she goes to all matches (usually) and even bought season tickets through lockdowns she deserves her holiday not her fault she’s missing one . Some people 😡

Stanley have opened catering facilities on non match days. We used to have Blues Bar open daily before it was the latest of Venky's cuts and before that, the John Lewis Complex when we were in the 2nd division. I used to eat in the John Lewis complex regularly. The food was excellent. Kenny and the players ate there after training. Blues Bar was just as good initially but it's just a burger and chips menu now. So sad what's happened to the whole of the club

John Lewis used to always have something on weekend as well

Taking my 7 year old daughter to this on Saturday, for her first game at Ewood 🙂

I'm hoping the increased crowd will be treated to a decent show from the team, and that the buzz sticks with my daughter so she becomes a lifelong Rover through audio and kinaesthetic osmosis! (for those who are wondering what this is, it's just the feeling you get from being in a crowd - I can remember my first Rovers game back in 1973 vs Aston Villa for the 'buzz')

    COYB!!

Hope she has a good time my 30 year old daughter got her first taste of rovers aged 8 and has had a season ticket every year since then even through lockdown and she has had her 21year old sister besides her for last 10/11 years

Might be the same issue I had with a preseason game. Did you go to the Match Centre? Then scroll a little to where it says Live Video. (If you go to your Subscriptions it should also list today’s match there)

Thanks for your help , peaceful night for me now she’s sorted

Going to renew my season ticket for the 21-22 season after not renewing for the 20-21 season this evening when a couple of people I attend with are available to purchase them, Another thing I am not happy is not being to take different people to games if the person can't attend due to work or family commitments who is the main season ticket holder. But we will just have to live with it.

    Has anyone renew yet?

is it? the current NHS app provided you with the info that you had both jabs so no need for any new app

Exactly my daughter is a season ticket holder also a mum to a 3 year old, her partner works nights so midweek night matches were a no go for her so I used her season ticket to go with my other daughter (her youngest sister) so she didn’t miss a match and I knew she was safe
