Young Adult holders from 2020/21 being let down here. Paid in full £179.00 last year and now expected to pay another £179.00 in full as the pro-rata discount only applies to adults.

My thoughts exactly this is happening to my daughter who has been a season ticket holder since she was 5 now 21 and bought  a season ticket last season and watched all matches online buying all away matches

I don't know if you been past Ewood Park in recent weeks but I went pass today and Ewood Park is locked up and not many cars on car parks. Seems most staff are still furlough. Club shop closed. Gates all lock up at Ewood Park unless you using the club main car park

It’s been like that since the lockdown they have a notice up with a mobile number for deliveries etc

    No code received.

E-mailed the Club before 9a.m. this morning as instructed on the Club website at tickets@rovers.co.uk and not had any sort of response whatsoever. Not even an e-mail to indicate there is any sort of problem.

Not happy at all. Appalling customer service. Also bought a "face in the crowd" to help the Club out and won't even get to see that. Have had about 6 e-mails from them since placing the order just before 1800 last night to indicate the progress with the order, Rovers can't even generate an automated e-mail to acknowledge receipt of mine. Whether or not they subsequently bother to reply.

Just seen on bbc some of the faces in the crowd I can see there will be some disappointed people , most of them were so far down on seats

This! - It's stupid! I had a real issue trying to renew mine & my daughter's season ticket last year as it had separated her ticket from mine onto her own account. I then needed 'permission' off her to link my account to hers. Ok, no problem, logged onto her 'new' account, as it was still using my email address, & gave myself permission to buy tickets for her. No problem, or so I thought!

So, credit card in hand, I went to log back into my account.... "This email address is already in use". What??

So, I've now been locked out of my own account because it has asigned my email address to her and hers only account!

Right! Back into her account and change details so it uses my work email address - then back to mine to log in and link accounts again. But hey, that's progress!!

When my daughter got her first season ticket up until even now she’d 19 year old she put my email address down and phone number ( the phone number has since been changed to her own) she still uses my email address

To be fair this is just a EFL/Sky announcement, let's at least give the club a chance to make a statement over the next few days into what options are for supporters, as every club will be different no doubt.

I hope they do the right thing and offer those who need it cash refunds, but we'll see.

I got my refunds for the Barnsley and Wigan away games a few weeks ago, I just rang them up and asked the question. Posted them back to the club and they refunded.

    Ok thanks
