He's not fit to wear the tie.
He's not fit for purpose.
Please do the honourable thing and retire Mr Waggot.

Waggott is the best CEO we’ve had under these rats and he’s still nowhere near what a club like ours needs.
He’s paid to keep the lights on and is doing that. We get the occasional ticket offers and the catering has improved.
That is job done, because the owners don’t demand anything more from the guy.
We know what the real problem is….
VENKYS OUT - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS
Waggot and 'best CEO' should NEVER appear in the same sentence no matter what point you're going with.

The one in the Riverside stayed for the duration.
Largely positive reaction, and at least the ones near me who would previously have been all ‘just get behind the lads FFS’, ‘who else we gonna get to buy us’ kept largely quiet.
That’s a big change from even a few months ago.
The banner in the Riverside couldn't be seen on TV.

Eh?! On what grounds?! 😂
Just spoke with one of the lads who displayed the banner, I think they were asked to take it down, things probably got heated, they then got removed.
The lad in question is furious.

The fans in the JW Upper who brought the Venkys/Maggot out banner got removed by the stewards.
Great club...

I don’t mind people saying the Venkys. Groups the together and over the years has become something you can aim your frustration at
Whether it is Raos out or Venkys out, everybody knows what and who you mean
That's not really the point, the Rao family have had it easy since they bought the club and would absolutely hate the family name going public and being dragged through the mud.
Apart from Rovers fans a lot of folk would never have heard of them.

Was he in the ground?

Only positives I can take from the awful recent events are that more and more of our fanbase are seeing what a devious ncnt Waggot is and how he's a major player in Rao's merry go round

It really doesn’t matter who we appoint . Yeah we might get a new manager bounce and we might stay up for another season but the club as a whole is set up to fail . This is just kicking the can down the road. Eustace, rowett, hughes, neill, Mowbray Ben benson. It really doesn’t matter until we get things right at boardroom level.
I honestly don’t care who they appointment the outcome is the same
100% Wouldn't make much difference if we had Pep Guardiola or Jurgen Klopp as our next manager.
Until we get rid of the shambolic owners, and closer to home Waggot and Suhail we are only going one way. How far we fall is anyone's guess.

‘Eco Day’ or whatever the fuck it was called.
Blackburn End closure
Scrapping the programme
Allowing a LFC night at Ewood Park
THE BUS
Brockhall attempted bulldozing
Removing the history murals
The potential Tony Parkes tribute being kicked into the Ewood weeds.
Running out of kit for months on end each season (mascots even having to come dressed in their own or they can’t be one)
Only being able to attract a vape company literally down the road as sponsor
Match day surcharge
Category A+ ticketing (soon shelved)
1875 club (to cynically cash in on folk worrying about getting Dingle tickets or other small away allocations, no surprise sales of it have tanked this season)
Doing absolutely nothing post Oxford to tap into the fanbase
Hiking up prices post pandemic as pretty much every other club went the other way.
Probably loads more and some are more cynical rip offs than out and out fuck ups, but all point to a spiv a million miles out of his depth. In a nutshell.
It all became apparent for me very soon after the Oxford game.
He's had an easy ride till now.
When he goes, for me it will be up there with the Kean departure day.
Dislike that guy with a passion and pretty much agree with all your points.

There were a few boos but nothing like you are implying. It was 0-0 at half time so there wasn't too much to get angry about.
I have lost respect for some of those players moaning about something so trivial in the scheme of things.
I haven't, remember the Venkys Chicken advert with certain players including Dunny tucking into a drumstick?
This has a similar feel to it.
Waggot is a clown and needs removing asap

After the last few days I was checking the Rovers page on Facebook and its got to a stage where I fully believe there are Venkys plants employed by the club who are putting up a good 1/3 of the posts.
Some of the content there is just beyond mental. The lad below with his 172 likes about how selling our prized assets for 18m and just bringing in loans and freebies is the sign of smart business. Oh and that we should basically be counting our lucky stars that we have our glorious overlords as no one else would want to own a club that is one of only 7 teams that has won the Premier League!! I despair, I really do.There's plenty out there who seem unable to see their ass for their elbow.
After 14 years it's quite incredible.

Just before his mate Coyle was sacked Jim White did a whole show calling out Venkys and Suhail Pasha in particular. I quote "venkys we are coming for you" . Didn't follow up. Radio silence since.
Let's bombard talk sport. Emails, social media platforms and every phone in going to remind them of this. Get #Venkysout trending.
On 606 calls to Sutton and Savage may be met with more sympathy and understanding.
I remember the Jim White bollocks.
But good idea highlighting to talk sport and 606

Or maybe it's another smokescreen from Venkys to make the fans feel they're actually spending money on players.
A huge coincidence it happened with O'Brien.
Something is not right here.

In the lower teir of Jack Walker stand, Darwen end side there is an area of seating covered by material with two big Venky logos on it. There is enough blank space to stick large letters spelling OUT under each logo. Cheap, easy and very visible on TV cameras.
Trouble is you've just told Swag who spy's in this group.
Great idea.

My thoughts on the game, We started off well but after the first 15 mins we played poor. Should have been 3 or 4 nil down.
Second half started well but then conceded 2 goals in 4 mins, even after that we tried to get back into the game. we scored and and should have get an equaliser.
No surprised by the chants towards Waggott and Venkys. The club is slowly dying under this ownership and CEO. There is no ambition under these people and JDT/GB do but don't received the backing they should. JDT wants promotion and get Rovers back to the PL and he signed up for very different project to this current one.
Probably one of the best posts you've written.
100%
Such a shame we have so many fans who can't see their ass for their elbow.

Get to the QPR game. Tell Venkys how you feel.
After 13 years of awful mismanagement and a divided fanbase, I think the only way forward is to have a united fanbase.
We've been here before after the Kean debacle, way too many happy clappers don't seem able to see the bigger picture, and if challenged world war 3 begins.
Fans didn't make much difference with a fuller Ewood, something needs to give.

This seasons Lewis O'Brien.
We've royally fucked this up and now we are in a no win situation.
We've paid a "hefty" loan fee, so if the guy bombs, we've paid loads for a crap player and if he comes in and bangs in loads of goals, we've accepted a much higher permanent transfer fee, which we clearly can't afford.
Run by total clowns 🤡
Unless a fee has already been agreed with Orlando City.

You understand he had a 5 year contract here right? Players hold all the power, if he didn't want to go... he wouldn't have gone.
He probably sacrificed his Rovers career for the money to save Rovers

Yes, just as those in the heat of the moment are when watching the game.
Difference being I don't get triggered and call players dogshit etc, then call those said players amazing after we scored/won.
Embarrassing, keep up...

So what if it is? It’s been and gone, as people post in the heat of the moment.
People are allowed to post as they please during the match. Some may find it embarrassing, some may not.
As long as nobody is breaking any rules or threatening each other, they can crack on.However I'm allowed an opinion?

It's a bit more sad scrawling back through a thread after a win to try and make an issue of a few over the top comments 12 hrs later.
Weird thing is I didn't 'scrawl back' I was just catching up.
Now you wouldn't be one who 'was in the heat of the moment' posters were you?
