  1. Crucial chances were missed - and always will be.  Henry creates so many chances for himself that he is allowed to miss a few.  Those misses are mistakes by Henry.  He has no right to slate the ref at the end of this game - at least the ref was putting some effort in.

With 10 mins to go, with desperate Arsenal attacks being reliant on long balls, Henry never moved from a central position - never chased, never harried, never cared!!  He was wearing the armband FFS!  Leave the refs alone and **** off to wherever you want to play.

I thought Henry ran his socks off. Should have buried those chances but you can't accuse him of lack of effort.

  2. I've seen the shirts at a fans forum, and tbqh theres not much difference in the home shirts.  The mock ups dont seem to show the side panelling to well for the first 2.

Would have been nice if they could have posted photos of the shirts instead of/aswell as the drawings. I can'y believe the blue on the second away shirt could be that bright in real life. ohmy.gif

  3. I think point 4.6.2, the Ewood Express, is a fantatic idea. At the moment I'm living in Lancaster and I don't drive, so my only option is to take the train which costs about £12 return. Say Rovers put a coach on from up here, charge maybe £4 for a return trip (or whatever is sufficient to cover costs) and hey presto, Rovers have made my match day experience £8 cheaper and it hasn't cost them a penny. It's also alot more convienient with no worries about delayed/canceled trains, I won't have to make the walk from Mill Hill the ground and it would also be quicker.

I think you'd also find alot of car drivers would use the service provided the price was reasonable given all the car parking issues around Ewood.

  4. So, what you're saying is that I could go out tomorrow and buy a new Rangers home shirt, with Ferguson 6 on it, and I wouldn't be wasting my money on a shirt for no reason? wink.gif

Is it me of does this Dado guy appear to a bit of a arrogant c o c k judging by his posts.

He's made some very insightful posts. I don't mind him hanging around at all.

  5. I think credit should go to our full-backs. Looking at how Fulham lined up, it was obvious they were going to play Cole as a lone striker, with Malbranque and Radzinski getting forward to make it a 4-3-3 when Fulham had posession. But Nissa and Niell got forward enough to occupy the Fulham wide men with defensive duties and hence Cole was incredibley isolated up top and everytime Fulham cleared the ball it just came straight back at them.

Thought Gally and Dickov looked good, but Dickov has now missed a couple of one-on-ones that he really should be burrying at this level. Also, I think Gally's first touch let him down on a couple of occasions but his movement off the ball, both when he drifted wide and inside the box were first class.

Emo was superb, I lost count of the number of times he went past a defender in a one-on-one situation. I still think he's slightly lacking in the end product department, though. There was a couple of times he shot when a pass would have been the better option, and he didn't quite look on the same wave-length as Gally in particullar when he did opt to cross, but I guess that's to be expected.

  6. Fair play to Dunny for doing the interview and the draw. He's moved on, and in Bazza we've got easily a better player, so maybe some of the bitterness is a bit over the top

That said, I am certianly not going to applaud him at half time or any other time. Now he's at Brum he's just another opposition player.
