Rovers Agree Pedersen Fee
Its on the BBC so it must be true, but £2.5m - didn't know we had that kind of money in the bank, not for one player anyway.
id say around 700k- 1 million would be condiitional/performance based form rovers and morten

i was reading a translated version of the tromso official site
that tromso are reporting that a deal is far from done and that both clubs expectations are wide apart

listening to Rooney
no not wayne, the band rooney,
-
im actually feeling semi confident about this one, if we can be up at half time then id like to think thatwe can hold on
1-0

Apologies for two posts in a row, but I thought this would make the most sense in the match preview thread.
Just a question for everyone: IS ANYONE ELSE WORRIED BY REPORTS THAT DWIGHT YORKE IS STARTING TOMORROW?
I certainly hope he comes good and I'd love to eat my words on this... but I'd much rather see Dickov or Gally or even Jansen in the XI as of right now. I mean, it's all well and good to make up with Yorke because you don't have enough strikers, but to automatically vault him into the first team is completely ludicrous IMO. Am I alone on this?
yes i read that on teamtalk this morning and going to change my tip to
1-1
fergie - kanu
im shocked, this guy gave nothing last year and now all of a sudden souness is in love with him
hell be found out sooner rather than later, and we will regret the 400k donation

thompson get a run?
-
I concur with Den - this is brilliant stuff!
minus any injuries sustained at Bray,
Rovers 3-1 West Brom
Stead Koumas
De Pedro
Dickov
i reckon that could be spot on. expecting a hard match but i think our quality of finishing should get us over the line

listening to eskimo joe - a song is a city, great album, "smoke" and this room really hit the nail on this album

chelsea need a right winger, i pity mourinho for not seeing that, unless he plans to play cole on the rm spot

Colonel Mustard in the Dining room with the revolver

I heard a lot about Kezman a few years ago from a mate of mine from Belgrade. He used to say he was ace but couldn't score to save his life.
hes been averaging a goal a game for the past 2-3 seasons and very lethal in the box

England do need to develope an alternate game plan without wilkinson.
clive coming out in the press saying that england would have won the wc without him is one of the more ridiculous comments ive heard
-
something that hasn't been mentioned is that it give barry an extra incentive to stay at the cluband feel less homesick.
a move forward for the club

To "In The Navy". I apologize in advance.
"Super Javi, He's our left wing superman,
Super Javi, Can he cross it? Yes he can!!
Super Javi, Super Javi"
"Super Javi, He's marauding down the wing,
Super Javi, Touchline Monster's scared of him,
Super Javi, Super Javi"
i like this one alot
aswell as the
de pedro wooooaaooo
to the tune of viera's arsenal chant
-
ever since i heard he was unsettled in october i have been pushing for this signing.
Hes a good player that will have to work on his pace, but he has a killer shot/cross and shouldn't dissapoint rovers fans.
-
its reasonable to see why de pedro was left out of the squad for euro 2004, lack of match practice and the form of vicente, vicente was very good in game 1
-
He seems very confident on the ball with both feet.Ill take him thank you.
he touched the ball about 5 times and made 1 run, gave the ball away twice and you want him signed sealed and delivered?
drifted in too much and would leave gray exposed at the back to often on the counter attack in the premiership

Souey is playing it clever and offering to take over his contract for a free transfer rather than a bid of around 750k.
That wouldn't be clever at all, paying Matteo a few million every year for 3-4 years is far more than paying 750k and getting Leeds to contribute towards his high wages.
wouldn't leeds still contribute some of his wages if we took him on a free?

Who was it that said he was the foreign David Beckham
probably himself

Make a firm offer for Karayaka, and maybe return if that gets turned down. We need a good left winger urgently, and cannot afford to p_ss around too long. Can't really blame Tromso for being awkward since they don't really have to sell.
We would have to wait until after Euro 2004 probably. And who knows, his value may have risen by then if he and Russia do well. I don't think that Karyaka is an option. Souness rated him after the trial but something in his club's transfer demands caused Rovers to drop their interest. The recent comments from the Russian club chairman was probably to flush out some different suitors to buy the player rather than reviving Rovers interest.
apparently karyaka has had a really good eason this year, im looking forward to seeing him a bit in euro
12 in 13 games, criiky!!

rumour has it chelsea have lodged a 35 mill bid for shevshenko
-
better spending 200,000 or so on a prven strieker and get that out of the way so we can prioritize on the left and down back, in which i think we are doing
